MOM AND I ARE NEW TO THIS AREA, AND WERE TERRIFIED OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF-BOTH OF US HAVE MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES-IT WAS IMPERATIVE AT THIS POINT, WHAT LITTLE MONEY WE DID HAVE, WOULD GO A VERY LONG WAY BECAUSE WE HAD JUST BEEN ROBBED OF EVERY HEIRLOOM WE HAD LEFT, ANYTHING WE HAD OF VALUE WAS GONE... SO...WE ASKED EVERYONE FROM OUR DOG GROOMER TO LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS, NEIGHBORS, EVEN LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WHERE WE COULD GO WITHOUT BEING RIPPED OFF.... ONLY ONE NAME WAS GIVEN TO US BY EACH AND EVERY PERSON...GUY STROHMEIER'S IN LAKE COUNTY CALIFORNIA. WHAT LITTLE MONEY OUR INSURANCE HAD PAID US NEEDED TO BE SPENT ON SOMETHING RELIABLE AND SAFE, FROM PEOPLE THAT COULD BE TRUSTED.... WE WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE DRIVING A $500 1985 BUICK SKYHAWK (WE HAD LOST EVERYTHING WHEN WE BECAME ILL IN 2004), WE HAD TERRIBLE CREDIT, A LITTLE OLD CAR, AND NOT MUCH ELSE TO OFFER..... TERRY IN SALES, GUY THE OWNER, AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THAT OFFICE, TO THE SERVICE TEAM HELPED US ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE... WE DROVE HOME IN A 2005 TOYOTA!!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEEAAAUUTTIIIFUULLLL, AND HAS EVERYTHING WE WANTED INCLUDING AIRBAGS THAT WE HADN'T HAD SINCE MY LAST CAR WAS REPOSSESSED WHEN I FELL IN 2004. YOU ARE TRULY THE HIDDEN CAR DEALERSHIP GEMS AND MAGICIANS WHO ACTUALLY CARE. I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A CAR, WHETHER BRAND NEW OR USED, FROM A STAFF THAT WENT SO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERYTHING TO ALLOW US TO LEAVE IN SOMETHING WE NEVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE.. BECAUSE OF YOU ALL WE HAVE FOUND OUR FAITH AGAIN. A BIT OVER THE TOP? MAYBE? BUT IT JUST SHOWS OUR GRATITUDE TO EVERYONE AT STROHMEIER'S, NOW GO BUY A CAR FROM THESE FOLKS! We have had a very positive history with this dealership going back 3 plus years. we have traded a truck, bought a truck, had a truck repaired and are selling them a truck during this time. Guy has been been honest and pleasant with us. Jeff and the crew in the service department have been informative and worked well with us. We can see that they care about their work. We are happy with this dealership in our small town and would not even think about going out of town to do our business. We will buy another vehicle in two to three years and we will go here first. We have also sent two of our good friends in to see them, they both purchased trucks are happy, and one friend has bought three trucks!
