The service department was very clean and the guys working the counter were very friendly, helpful, and professional. We will be bringing our Lincoln MKC to the Delavan facility from now on.

Robbchase, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. We would like to work towards a resolution, so if you are willing, please reach out to us at (262) 728-5544 to discuss this further.
I've called several times and talked to many individuals. No one was interested in resolving this. Give me a name of an individual to talk to who IS interested in resolving this and I'd be happy to try again. And as I just found out there was also a $399 service fee added bringing the total of hidden charges slipped in without disclosure to almost $4000, so please if there is an individual within your organization willing to resolve this let me know.

bought many vehicles here over the last 20 years and after extensive repairs under my unlimited lifetime powertrain warranty I always will and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy do it here
