I brought my F150 in for an oil change on 10/5/24 Jessica in the service department was awsome! She made sure our visit went as smooth as possible! She is very professional and curtious and knows her job well.

Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They sent me numbers and payment options and then after that I had sent in my credit application. Next day I was informed that ford had changed rules 2 months ago and that the salesman Evan did not know. Then when I spoke with Derek the sales manager he told me they can do it at a lower interest, so I waited till next day and it was the same story over again. Pretty much they have all my credit info and wasted days of my time telling me they have special interest rates and then try to get me into 6%. These guys are national kings of false advertisement!

I was contacted by kunes through text after applying for

I was contacted by kunes through text after applying for credit somewhere else. They assured me they could get me financed with my current credit score and no money down so long as I chose any vehicle under 20k. After browsing their inventory I found a truck for under 18k that I liked a lot. I asked if they could transfer the truck and provided the stock number and a screenshot of it and was texted back they would transfer it to the dealer closer to my house. This was three days before my schedule appointment. On sat I went to the close dealership and was not surprised the truck was not on the lot. I was surprised the reason they gave me was because it had 167k miles and the banks wouldn't finance it. As I explored other options I texted kunes Delvin and asked if the truck was there and still available. I was told yes it was and that it didn't matter about the miles, they would get me financed with $0 down and no co signer for the truck I wanted and told me to LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP I was currently at and they would have everything waiting for me to just test drive and sign. I told them I would only make the 45 min drive north from the already Hour drive north I made if the financing was ready for me to sign. ALVARO said " we will have financing for you on this truck." Made the drive. Test drove the truck, loved it. Filled out yet another credit app, was told to set up insurance for the Truck so I could drive it home. ALVARO came back and said the bank wouldn't finance the truck because it has too many miles, but they would offer me other options if I wanted. I said I told him over the phone I wouldn't go there unless they would finance me for no money down for that specific truck and he told me to "LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP I was at because Delvin is the Kunes hub and they have access to banks that would definitely finance me on the truck." His response was he was sorry that he was so busy when he called me. DUDE! Own up! You lied. Your "Faith based" dealership is full of liars and con men. The biggest problem with Kunes after wasting a whole Saturday at 2 locations isnt the salesman its the internet team that promises you whatever you want to get you in the door. I felt bad for the Salesman in Woodstock. He did his job trying to find something comparable to what I wanted. Even the finance department worked hard trying to find options there, but Alvaro Agular in Delvin straight up lied to me. I will not be using Kunes for me or my daughter who will be driving in 3 years. Mt mother who drove me to the dealership because I was expecting to ne driving home my new truck was also interested in purchasing soon. So nice job, you lost 3 potential customers with one lie.

Went to look at a car today with cash in hand to make the purchase. Upon showing up to my appointment, which I was told the car would be ready for me to test drive an hour before I made my hour trip. Got to the dealership to be told that that car has been sold but we have a more expensive care that you might like, and tried to get me to look at it. I commented that that is a classic bait and switch tactic. I left and was called back well we have a different cat you might like more money and more miles come back and see if you want to buy this. Which I declined and asked to speak to the owner or manager. I was told that they were there call back and ask. When I did Anna was on a week vacation. I told Mike who awnserwd ai would give them the buisness day to respond. Which he told me this is just a miss under standing. Business day ended and I filed a complaint with the state.

We are Afro American

I recently visited Kunes with my husband to test drive a car we were interested in. While we liked the car, we were taken aback by the dealership's policy regarding the car's previous accident. The car had a minor accident, resulting in a busted headlight and a small fender bender. However, we were informed by the dealership that we would be responsible for the repair costs if we decided to purchase the car. This was unexpected and seemed unreasonable considering the price we were paying for the vehicle. We believe that as customers, we should not be held accountable for damages that occurred prior to our interest in the car. It left us feeling frustrated and disappointed with the dealership's approach to customer service. We hope that Kunes takes this feedback into consideration and reevaluates their policy regarding pre-existing damages. Transparency and fairness are crucial when it comes to customer satisfaction and trust.

Anna is.xxxx.poor with customer service and somis Eddie. My son and I bought a car with them in Decemebr of 22 and only into payments of 3 and transmission blew. On a 2020 kia forte. This is bogus.called about warranty and because he had oil.change elsewhere because of miscommunication and almostn1 an a half hour drive he de died it would.ve easier.for him to.go.elsewhere. my son and I are stuck now with 7000 dollars worth.of.repairs.kn a car along with towing elsewhere cause kunes stated no to foxing it as well.as.diagnostics repairs. Thanks kunes. Hope u go.belly up.and karma bites u in your xxx. False misgivings emotionally destroyed by the xxxxx Anna who.sat screaming at me when trying to ask.her a question amd her avoiding it screaming and cussing totally unprofessional. This is not what customer service is.about and she needs to be fired and they need.yo fix what they did wrong in my eyes. This.place is a joke. Never again. Buyer beware there are better.places.to.go.to.rarher then to this place to be treated.luke.xxxx and.lied.to.

Superior customer service

Everybody was great especially the salesman! The business manager also got me in and out quickly which was nice! I got the exact truck I wanted for a price I thought was reasonable!

Don't buy a car from lines. That don't inspect car

dont buy a car from kunes dealer. thay sell cars that were in accident's without telling customer's. then thay wont repair the car after it was paid for. That don't inspect the cars the tell you after it is paid for it's you're problem.

Andre, Tracy and Sales manager did an amazing job in getting me the best deal possible and out on the road in an hour. This is very rare in a Dealership and they managed to pull it off. Brooklyn Furseth took care of everything associated with

Brooklyn Furseth took care of everything associated with my 25,000 mile check up. She was able to dig out everything I was supposed to get and saw to it that everything was taken care of in the most efficient manner. Her technical expertise combined with her smile and great attitude was most impressive.
