Leo in the Ford service department is the best! He even remembers our names and addresses us by name. He is always very professional and gives the best service! Hes the only one we will go to for service.

Leo is great

Thank you leo for dealing with the fixing of my car even though it wasn't in his shop. He would answer call questions and get back to me when the other location would not. Leo is by far the best one I have dealt with regarding the issues with car I purchased at one of the bud Clary locations. Thank you leo for making this bad time a tolerable time

BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!

Very bad service. They damaged my stereo. They damage stuff while repair something else and don't take responsibility for it. I WENT AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT WAITED FOR SO LONG AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! THEY SHOULD AT LEAST PAY FOR THE DAMAGE IF THEY CAN'T FIX IT!!!I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! DONT WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!

The issue with the stereo was unfortunately unrelated to the repairs we did on the ignition switch. If the issue was related, we would have gladly accepted responsibility and repaired the stereo. We're sorry about the way you feel.

Very Positive Experience

Found Bud Clary Ford of Moses Lake through cars.com when looking for a truck. Very prompt, polite, friendly, reasonable, and informative customer service from all. Drove from Spokane to Moses Lake and would do so again for our next vehicle. Thanks Scott!

The best customer service ever!

1st time we used Bud Clary, we were staying in the area and our 2013 Edge needed an oil change, and while they were doing the oil changed, found a serious problem, they ordered the part, and fixed it...which was so awesome, because our warranty was about to expire in less then a 100 miles. Then over the long week end our Edge's overheating light came on twice on our way back from Yakima. So Tues morning my husband called the Wenatchee Ford, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it ( with them it's always 2 weeks, even for oil changes). So he called Bud Clary and was told to bring it right over. They were the best, they dealt with the extended warrant people, got us to the renal car place...got the the part, fixed it, and we got it back the next day! I wish you weren't so far away, we would have you take care of oil changes. But if anything major happens, we'll be back. Thank You for everything!
