Stokes Toyota Hilton Head

Service is very good.Whenever I need service with my 2004 I pretty much get the day & time I want.Waiting time in the lounge is comfortable,the coffee is good & waiting time is usually reasonable. When i purchased my new toyota it was painless.I got what i believe to be a great deal & Bill was very easy to work with.

The visit at Stokes Brown Toyota was very pleasant. I worked with Loan Gates Nguyen, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Before my visit, I researched and did comps on the Internet to find the car I wanted and found exactly what I had been looking for at Stokes. It has been 14 years since my last car purchase and finding the car on Autotrader.com made it very easy. I made only one visit to a car lot and drove one vehicle, which I chose to purchase. The manager assisted in making my final decision. The straight forward communication and the support documents verified any doubts or questions I had and made me confident that I had made the right decision. I have been driving my 2006 Toyota 4 Runner for the past couple of days and am very pleased with it. I would recommend to my friends Stokes Brown Toyota for their next auto purchase. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. The facility is always clean and comfortable. The salesman, Shawn Fludd had a great knowledge of the Toyota brand and was very helpful in explaining the features of the certain vehicles my wife and I were looking for. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Everyone at Stokes Toyota Bluffton was so helpful and accomodating starting with Loan Gates who respond to my inquiries from their website and to Dale Woolsey who worked with me so I was able to drive home with my new car that day! Keep up the good work guys!

Loan Gates is the best car salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. She worked with me over an extended period of time. She listened to what type of car I was looking for amd made appropriate suggestions. Even though there were two Toyota dealerships that were closer, I chose to continue to shop with Loan because she seemed truly interested in finding the car I wanted within my price range. She never pushed too hard but kept me informed of car availability. She was always pleasant with a very positiive attitude. She honored a fair price that Icould obtain from another dealership. So I bought the car with Stokes Brown Toyota of Hilton Head. She continues to answer questions or solve problems that I may have with the car.

Went in not knowing what car we initially wanted and turned out they had exactly what we were looking for. Our car purchasing experience was great with a friendly staff and the price was very reasonable. Great home delivery and patience. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Overall, I was pleased with the experience. Being that I live in Charleston and had to make the commute to Stokes Brown Toyota, it was not easy for me to make the trip. I was disappointed the first time I came down to the dealership because the truck I saw advertised online was no longer available and the truck I discussed over the phone with Ms. Gates was in limbo as far as its availability. My major concern with the experience was the web site. I felt that the trucks advertised as being on site at the 100 Fording Road location were misrepresented. Trucks that were sold days before were still listed. Ms. Gates was very kind and helpful throughout the experience.

My experience with Stokes-Brown Toyota was one of the best in my life. The whole loan process was rapid and everyone concerned was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in two hours. I had great service from the front desk reception (phone and in person) all the way to the end. Correy Brown took very good care of me. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. The sales manager came out to congratulate me on my purchase and to ensure I was introduced to the features of the car before I left.

When I tell you Shawn Fludd worked hard for us, that doesn't even scratch the surface! The third week of august my husband worked with Shawn. It was such a pleaseant experience, I went back the next week and got a new car, also! He provided us with excellent customer service, and placed us in the vehicle(s) we wanted at the price we wanted. I'd recommend (and have recommended!) him to any one looking to purchase a Toyota. He is curteous, professional, and sets the standard for the industry!!
