I inquired about a Tesla listed on their website for sale. I received a call back and was told it was available and I could come see it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had been sold months prior. I wasted my time and gas on coming out when I should have been told the truth from the beginning. The dishonesty is a turnoff as a potential customer.

I would do a thorough review and research before purchasing from this company, we purchased a truck that I believe they had inspected and passed by their inspectors, the bed and frame rails were rusted out and had to be replaced, we had to bring the vehicle back at least 4 times, the customer service was quite suspect, but Iet the men handle it, and now here we are with a repair costing us 1300.00 for bushing pads that should have been replaced when they replace or reinforced the rusted out bed. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them, even though the prices seem comparable watch out because they will charge you all of these other fees to make a 10,000 vehicle quick increase to 18000.00. Just buyer beware

Purchased the car online actually (my fault) Only person that ever spoke with was Ms Tabitha& did the best she could( limited)All type of problems/car lemon

So I bought a car from this dealer on June 2,2021 and the purchase process went very smooth of course but once I had the car I had very bad steering problem with the wheel shaking horribly and the rear tire on the car came off while I was driving down the highway at 70mph. I called the dealer and they referred me to there buddy in glen burnie. I went there and all they did was tighten down the lug nuts but never replaced the stud that broke for one of the lug nuts smh. Remind you when I bought the car it was missing the 2 front fog lights and the grill below the license plate and it was also due for a oil change. Before I even purchased the car the dealer stated that they ordered the 2 fog lights and the grill to come back in a week so they can install them and give the car a oil change. It’s been almost 2 weeks and the car still shakes really bad and the lug for the tire is still missing and I still haven’t received the fog lights or the oil change. I would not recommend them to anyone because they are only professional when they are t ting to get your money but once you spend your money all of the problems become yours so I would be very careful with this dealership. SMH very unsatisfied.

I had a amazing experience here Shawn went above and beyond he answer every question that I had his customer service was a 5 star I would recommend everyone to go here when looking for a car especially if it’s your first time buying one he is patient and respect the whole staff overall made me feel welcome Thanks Shawn I’ll definitely be back!

Went to look at a truck after seeing it on Facebook Marketplace. Met Alfredo and he took lots of time to show me the truck inventory and explain how the sale process works. Decided to buy the one I saw and had an equally positive experience in closing the deal with Frank and Alex. Great group! No high pressure sales just service!
