Great experience from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. Had everything ready for me when we arrived. Car was started and heated up for us to test drove.

I've been with them since two thousand and seven.

I've been with them since two thousand and seven. I had six cars and my husband had four cars and my one daughter had two cars and my other daughter had four cars. I recommend friends and families to go there and i've had family and friends

I originally tried to order a new truck through the

I originally tried to order a new truck through the dealership and they were not interested in my business or willing to give me a firm price for the order. I went to another dealer who was a pleasure to deal with. My current complaint is with the overpriced service. I had a diesel fuel filter changed in my truck they charged $90 for the filter which averages $32-$38.00 for GM original parts on Amazon & Google searches. $210 for the part installed, combined with the oil change it was $343.00 with a $20 coupon. Never again will I go there for their overpriced parts & service.

On 28 Dec 2023 I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ with 1.

On 28 Dec 2023 I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ with 1.4L Turbo in for an oil and filter change, state inspection and a burning oil smell. The state inspection was good except for the oil leak being a fire hazard. They found two oil leaks, one was at the oil cooler and the second leak was from both cam actuator solenoid covers. The oil cooler and all the oil cooler tubes which are sealed with o-rings were replaced. They also replaced the cam actuator solenoid o-ring seals. It was fine for about a week before the burning oil smell returned. I took the car back on 8 Jan 2024 due to the burning oil smell. This time their mechanic found one leak at a stripped bolt on the front middle of the camshaft cover. One of their mechanics had replaced the camshaft cover under a GM Special Warranty on 19 July 2023. To correct the oil leak their mechanic heli-coiled it to ensure it would hold the proper torque. Their mechanic also found a second leak at one of the oil cooler tubes just replaced during the 29 Dec 2023 repair. The GM oil cooler tubes kit was a backorder item in December and the dealer had to use an aftermarket OEM spec kit. I'm disappointed this wasn't resolved the first time. The stripped camshaft cover bolt should have been corrected in July 2023 when the cover was replaced. I also have family in the business and understand the current challenges with aftermarket part failures. The service personnel have been courteous and competent.

I am completely satisfied with the 2017 Buick that I

I am completely satisfied with the 2017 Buick that I purchased from Peruzzi and am also very pleased with the professional way the salesman Cliff and the other team members handled this transaction. This is the first time I can say this about any of my experiences in purchasing a car. I found them to be very understanding, not pushy and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
