I drove to Riata Ford Manor-Leif Johnson, on the day before Thanksgiving knowing exactly what I wanted. There was a young man outside by the name of LaMarcus Burnette, enjoying the weather and he asked me if he could help me. I told him I was looking for a sales person, but not a pushy one. . He told me he was a sales person and he wasn’t pushy so I told him let’s talk. Riata did not have the exact vehicle on the lot that I wanted because I had a preference in the interior color and I wanted a 4 wheel drive. LaMarcus had to do some shuffling here and there but was able to get me the vehicle I wanted. He even delivered it to my house. I noticed there were no floor mats in the vehicle and he brought some to me on his way home from work one night. LaMarcus Burnette also listened to me when I told him I was recovering from back surgery. He asked how much of my time I could give him. I told him and he made it happen within my timeframe. He asked and made sure I was ok throughout the sale and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. This was my third experience as a buyer from Riata Ford over the years and I have never encountered a pushy sales person there. I feel very confident with my recent purchase just as I have in the past. I know I can call LaMarcus anytime if I encounter an issue and I know that Riata Ford will be nearby whenever I need service for my new vehicle.

Thy have done oil change service for my car , happy to
Thy have done oil change service for my car , happy to helping me with pickup and delivery but after 2 days I saw oil drop on my garage and drive way , it make go there and they checked, they told me, after oil change the mechanic did not clean it properly that’s why oil was dripping. Come on this is Ford dealership how it’s possible, the mechanic be that much unprofessional and careless? I have checked under neat of the car , the underneath cover is super greasy. What you guys recommend?

They got me in immediately and found that I had a rock
They got me in immediately and found that I had a rock between the dust cover and the brake rotor on the rear of my expedition. They remove the rock and did not charge me for the service which I couldn’t believe they did.

Always have loved Leif Johnson Ford. Now ai actually work here. Had my vehicle serviced on from great Dealership Advisor Tony Miller and great mechanics Billy & Ian looking out for me and my vehicle. Great Service.
Great Service. Your team made it very easy to pick up my truck from my house and bring it back. It would have been a nice touch if the Ford Lightning would have been charged, considering this was a recall appointment and not just a regular service request. Also, it is odd that this was a required visit even though it ended up being just a software update.
