I had a scheduled appointment and Yaroslav Shendryk was my Service Advisor. I appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness. He got me out of there in no time with a loaner. When service was completed, they notified me. Also I was able to set up my appointment online and they reminded. I truly appreciate the changes and would recommend MB of Chantilly!

This was a great dealership to work with! I drove from out of state to purchase this car and wanted to know beforehand everything I needed to know before making the drive. The car was exactly as Zabed described and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. We did have to wait a while to sign the paperwork, but overall, this was an excellent experience with this dealership and I would have no problem doing business with them again in the future.
