First of all, let me start by saying I have bought several cars out of state and have had many different experiences. If I could give them 10 stars I would, from start to finish they were so professional, they stayed in communication every step of the way Emily and Gina were absolutely phenomenal. The truck is unbelievably gorgeous. I came down from upstate New York, a 6 hour drive and did not want to get out of the truck when I got back, it was just as nice in person as it was in the pics, even nicer actually! Then, after about three hours into my ride home, I realized that I left my other set of keys in my rental vehicle. That was about a 10 minute ride from pumpkin. I called Emily up and told her the situation after a few days of trying relentlessly on my end and their end, they finally succeeded in retrieving my keys and mailing them back to me within a couple of days, they really go above and beyond and I cannot express how happy I am with the truck. You can’t go wrong with these guys, they treated me like family!
