I had an excellent experience at Padula Auto Sales, thanks in large part to the salesman, Joe Padula, who helped me. He had an old-school, no-pressure approach that made the whole process feel more personal and less like a sales pitch. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was flexible on both price and even some car modifications I wanted to make. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Thanks to Joe, I ended up with a car that was perfect for my daughter, at a price I felt good about. It was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish!

I was in a car accident in the middle of April (not my fault). The other driver was an uninsured motorist. It was taking to long for my own insurance company to cut me a check for my vehicle that they had declared totaled. I needed a vehicle immediately so I started searching on the internet. I found the perfect vehicle at Padula Auto, the only problem was that it was 75 miles from my house and I was low on cash waiting for the insurance check. I talked with Cam and he set me up with financing. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The car was originally owned by an older couple and sat in their garage for a number of years. Cam told me not to worry, they would take care of any issues I had due to the vehicle not being driven, literally, for years. I drove the car home and it passed the NH Safety and Emissions Inspections with flying colors. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the engine, the rubber boot on my axle shaft assembly had split and grease was leaking onto the motor. My mechanic replaced it and true to his word, sight unseen, Cam sent me a check to cover the cost. Three days after that I got two flat tires. The sidewalls of those two tires had blown out because the car sat so long. I went to the mechanic and had four brand new tires installed, sent Cam the bill and, once again, he took care of the bill sight unseen. My car has run great since the first time I drove it. I can't say enough good things about Cam and the employees at Padula Auto. I do know this, the next time I'm looking for a vehicle the first place I'm checking is Padula Auto, even if it is 75 miles from home.

Messaged twice about a pickup truck, but I never received a response back. I was willing to look at the vehicle as soon as possible.

Buying a used car can be problematic, but Cam simplified the process and met all of my needs. First you do have to do your homework, some cars just are not reliable from the factory and there is no changing this in the used market, so make sure you know what you want and the reviews that go along with it. I decided I wanted a full size Chevy Suburban and Padula had the one I wanted with the specifications I was looking for. Cam gave me the Carfax for the car, and I drove it for a long test drive with no questions asked. I submitted the upgrades I wanted to the vehicle and Cam said no problem. A big shout out to Paul and everyone in the garage for all their help as well..

No one got back to me at all. I was really insterested on buying the Jeep in cash, full amount, unfortunately, it didn't happen.

I have driven by the area before. This time I decided to stop by and I'm sure glad I did. Friendly courteous so knowledgeable. Makes car buying a delight!!
