He took extra time to show us everything we needed to know about getting this truck personalized before we left. He seemed genuinely interested in getting done what was best for us! No Recall
I have called multiple times, 9 times I believe, out of the 9 times I got some lady to answer & put me on hold. Waited 15 minutes with no pick up, the other 8 times no answer. I called over year ago to get a recall done on air bag, “that time they answered “ I finally received a letter from them saying the part was in but after 9 tries I’ve given up on them. I’m gonna call another dealership in Brazil or Washington Indiana. Mace Ford has went to xxxx in a hand basket, this is will be the last time I even look their way when I’m in Terre Haute

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
I've been taking my vehicles to Mace Ford for service for years.....Yesterday I called the service dep't to schedule service for my truck......Waited on hold for 5 minutes, frustrated, then hung up.....Called later, and waited on hold 10 minutes, VERY FRUSTRATED, was getting ready to hang up again when a nice lady answered and asked how she could help.....I think it was the lady that checks you out after service, anyway, she very nicely asked for my name, phone #, year of my truck, etc., and said they would return my call and schedule.....Guess what?....No return call......And this isn't the first time this has happened, it seems to be the norm......Funny......Had lunch today with a group of old friends, and after my xxxxxxxx about the lack of customer service at Mace, two other guys of the group had the same story, and said they switched to Bob Bowen in Brazil, and were VERY happy with them......So, guess what again......Bowen ANSWERED the phone, so I'm switching too......Mace must have too much business......Things like this grow exponentially.....Seems Mace has joined other businesses that don't worry about customer service anymore.......

Horrible service
Dealership told our company they could program our transmission in two weeks. We paid to have it towed to wait 3 weeks for them to tell us they were mistaken and couldn’t do it we would have to pay again for a tow. Hoorible management and service
