I paid cash for a 2025 Buick Encire GX ST. Dealt with Chris Pringle (salesman) and Robert Olson, (customer mgr). Horrible experience. Almost impossible to get a real person to answer their phone. Virtually no follow-up after the sale. And, in my dealings with them, I experienced questionable integrity, at best. Also their attempts to sell you things you don’t need like extended car warranty and Sirius and GMC apps and subscriptions are relentless. Even though I got a good price on my car, in the end it was not worth it. I would rather pay a little more for a car and trust the people I’m working with because it will be cheaper in the long run. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs.
