The worst service center experience I have ever had at any dealership. Original estimate work I needed done was 200-300 and they charged me 1300. They lied and charged me for parts and labor and replaced things I did not need replaced just to increase the amount of the transaction and it cost me an additional $600. They are unethical and unprofessional. Avoid getting service from this location at all costs

Got the job done and have the new key FOB replaced.
Got the job done and have the new key FOB replaced. One little issue the time taken was a little long compared to what I was told 45 min. compared to nearly 2 hours with no explanation.

Luke and the team here were absolutely amazing to work with. Everyone was so friendly and made the process seamless. Worked with me on a fair trade in and had the car ready for me when I got there! I drove 1.5+ hours to get my Yukon, and I will most definitely be back to purchase my next new car. This is exactly how I would expect a sale like this to take place.
