This place sold me the xxxxtiest car I've ever seen.

This place sold me the xxxxtiest car I've ever seen. No visible damage, but in the 4 years I've owned it, I've spent thousands yearly getting xxxx fixed. They lied to my face and told me the car had been in a minor fender bender. This could not be farther from the truth, the entire frame is bent and damaged, and eventually the frame damage caused my radiator to crack. I've been told by more than one mechanic that this car is a death trap. The dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree and I had no idea, because the lights were covered with black tape. If I could pursue legal action, I would. Don't trust these dealers, they sold a death trap to a teenage girl and I have been paying the price ever since. I don't remember who sold me the car, but the entire dealership was complacent in selling me a xxxx box of a car.

Billy Bidwell was awesome.

Billy Bidwell was awesome. He took good care of me and made sure that all my needs were met not just during the buying process but also after. He made sure the issue we had come up was taken car of professionally as well as quickly. Highly recommend anyone in the market goes and sees him.

I proudly own a $30k work truck that cannot be driven

I proudly own a $30k work truck that cannot be driven because Carville's Auto Mart has failed to mail a vehicle title. Over a week ago, I called them to confirm they did have the title, and I asked that it be mailed because I live hours away (which was clearly indicated via the address they had in my file). I was told it would be overnighted. Still nothing. They were able to handle my 30 grand in cash pretty efficiently, but they sure don't seem to care about handling the last of the job efficiently.

I’m going to say this and I’m sure it will get nothing

I’m going to say this and I’m sure it will get nothing done. The place is a joke. I bought a truck from them. After leaving a deposit so they could fix the things it needed, they said it would be in the shop the next day, it wasn’t. It wasn’t seen at all. Then I was told to pick it up and they would make an appointment for it to be done. 3 weeks later and 10 calls later they I drove the hour to drop it off. They still didn’t repair it. The warranty was junk, the trunk has been in a different shop 5 times since and still not repaired. They refused to answer the phone or repair anything! I have texts and emails stating they were repair everything but didn’t. Now I am taking it to my attorney. I refuse to be screwed by this company! They pay for reviews. They lie about their great customer service. It’s amazing that they’re able to be in business. And they tell people that the bank requires you to buy the warranty! That’s not legal, I’ve spoken with 5 people who was told that same thing!

friendly but too young to be professional.

friendly but too young to be professional. This guy kept having to go back and forth in the building. Lots of options that day might be going back soon though

Kevin is one of the best businessmen in town!

Kevin is one of the best businessmen in town! He always makes a generous offer when making a deal with me and everyone I've known to conduct business with him! I recommend talking directly to him only if you want a good deal!

Stephen is fantastic to work with.

Stephen is fantastic to work with. It's rare to find a salesman who listens first and goes from there. He made us feel like we more than just a sale, and made sure our entire purchase experience went smoothly.
