Trying buying a used truck with over $4000 worth of issues. wasnt even said to drive based on mechanic inspection. Dealer was aware of damages. He admitted to my face.

Might sell a little more if the salesman actually knew something about what we are looking at. Asked him questions and got the answer I Don’t Know about 5 times. But he did they weren’t negotiating price. There loss I just went onto Case IH and got what I needed! Olson’s I will never go to or recommend this place to anyone.

The vehicle I purchased from Olsen Outdoor Power was a totally satisfying experience. Everyone enjoys the car buying process when you receive personal service and a exceptional level of trust. I flew in from a neighboring state...the entire deal was negotiated on line and everything was completely as communicated....NO SURPRISES.

I drove from Des Moines to check out a vehicle at this dealer. I met with John who immediately knew which vehicle I was asking about. Upon taking the vehicle for a test drive, I decided I didn't like that make/model. They helped me locate a similar SUV of a different make in the lot that was in my same price range and mileage. I took the second vehicle for a drive, liked it and decided to buy it. The whole paperwork process was smooth and quick. The vehicle is in great condition and very clean. They do a great job inspecting the vehicles and choosing quality used vehicles to sell. This dealer has a surprisingly wide variety for its size and location. There are a large number of vehicles that are in the average person's purchasing range. When I asked, they were able to produce a carfax report and were very transparent throughout the whole buying process. I've bought several cars in several different states throughout my life, and I would go back to this dealer again without hesitation. Very laid-back and relaxing experience. This is not your high volume, intense pressure dealership experience. Definitely worth the hour drive from Des Moines.

I have never had that much fun buying a car! John was fantastic and got us our trade figures write away and gave $2100 more for our trade than the other place in town and sold us a car with 11,000 less miles we saved a ton! John is funny and really easy on the eyes!

We drove from Des Moines to purchase a vehicle from Olsen's because of the price. The original sale went smoothly. The salesman was not very knowledgeable about his product. They had a hard time comprehending the adding of taxes/licensing to the sale. Then after the sale, it got much worse! It took three months to get plates, and the loan documents because of errors on the dealers part. The dealer blamed everyone they could, that it was not their delay. They gave us a set of spare keys, that don't event fit, or belong to this vehicle! They do not return calls, or emails. They are not helpful, or willing to help resolve issues. They just want to place blame on the State, the Lender or anyone they can for any delays, or problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Purchasing a vehicle from Olsen was a positive experience. The price was good, vehicle in excellent condition for a used truck, and staff were very helpful. The buying process was easy. I would purchase a vehicle again from this location.

Saw the vehicle I wanted online. The price was the best and when I called I spoke to Randy. He was extremely courteous and gave me all the information I needed. When I got to the dealership he had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. We were in and out of the dealership with 2.49% interest on our loan in less than an hour.

I was in the market for a truck and Olsen's had a good selection. I stopped out and we agreed on a price very quick and they were even able to get me a loan right there. I was in and out in a hour driving my truck. Thanks Guys.
