Worst shopping experience. To start the sales man was very unprofessional and had little to no knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. In addition he showed lack of interest in me buying a car. After I looked at the car i asked him a couple of simple questions about the condition of the car he responded with a quick "i don't know, i just buy the cars and don't really look at them." The worst part of this experience is that the sales man has no understanding in the difference between a down payment being included or excluded in the advertised price. Online it says to print out the add with the sale price and show it to them at the time of arrival. when i showed this add to him he responded with "oh you brought that STUPID add from online" and continued with "thats not the price its only to bring people" and to continue with his ignorance he went to bashing me with comments stating that the car i was looking at did not fit my personality that those where real cars and i needed to look at something of my level. he went on with many more comments and basically implied that i should take my business else where. and so i did. Never again looking at this place. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER.

Overall I would not recommend anyone to this dealer, bad service.

I bought 3 cars from Roadmaster , all 3 cars were excellent cont. If something ent wrong with the car within its warranty Benny would always take care of it. Roadmaster ....has a great staff and Benny is a good business man. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Soon I will be going back for my 4th car.

Road Masters seemed very helpful when conducting purchase and ensured the check engine light engine that was on when I first saw the car would be repaired before I picked up the vehicle. The check engine was never really repair as the dealer had stated and I did not find this out until I had already made my purchase. I also asked the Owner Benny for proof of the check engine light repair which he could not produce. In all my purchase was ok but the car had serious problems that were not resolved before I purchased and I was lied to about the original repair as it was never performed.

I just purchased a 2009 325i 2 door coupe for my son, and we are so happy that we found Roadmasters 2. They are outstanding in all areas. We are very happy and will be going there in the near future. The price for my sons car could not be beat we saved at least 4,000 dollars, they also have a great extended warranty program that cannot be beat either. Thank You Roadmasters2 Andrea

I bought a car from them and when the car broke within the warranty period, they just refused to help. Just don't go there.

I live very close to this dealer, I had shopped around at other local queens Dealers and just couldn't land a car I absolutely loved within my budget. It came as a great suprise that I checked out the inventory at Roadmaster's they had a 2011 Charger that i ended up purchasing. I love the car , I'ts immaculate, The staff makes you feel very comfortable and best of all the price is right . They get my recommendation.
