Car buying experience was perfect but only 3 stars

Car buying experience was perfect but only 3 stars because I was penalized $200 because it took the finance people so long to send in the title for registration to the state. Some people would say $200 is nothing. It’s the principle behind being penalized because someone didn’t do their job properly.

Truck broke same day…..

Worse experience ever. Won’t give you a loaner when the truck you buy from them breaks the same day you buy it. They said they cared and wanted to make it right…… offers were 2 trucks with a note WAY over what I was willing to pay…..

TERRIBLE

buisness ethics are terrible.. they give you the run around, never call you back reguardless. talked to kip and ronnie, never again. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!

Don’t recommend buying at dons automotive

Highly don’t recommend buying a vehicle from dons automotive group Lafayette, vehicle is overpriced and taxes is overpriced (10,000$) over after the vehicle was purchased which I was not shown when signing paperwork!!!! Now I’m stuck with the vehicle that they won’t even buy back for the price I paid

Crooks

Sold me a truck 2020 July by September 2020 truck stop running they said it was a battery wanted me to pay for it than they said it was fixed brand new January 2022 same problem they want you to go to their mechanic to keep charging you for the same problem that should have been fixed auto zone said battery should last at lest 3 to 4 years they new something was wrong with the truck before they sold it shady dealership

Not happy at all Would definitely not recommend it

Purchased a 2015 gmc s Sierra it will be a month on the 11th and the rear end is out I have had nothing but bad Service and told different things nobody knows what’s going on over there I would definitely not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from over there when I picked up my vehicle it was dirty it was not cleaned had to put brand new tires on it headlight was out and know it’s back over there still haven’t got my license plate they probably never sent it to the DMV

Single Female

Purchase vehicle four months ago and was stranded due to a bad battery. Called the Lafayette store for assistance and was told to get the vehicle to them for a charge. I hadn’t got my license plate; so everyone knew where I had purchased the vehicle. I feel being a single mom; we should have been informed of the wear of the battery!

Kendall Laday- Rami

I cannot put into perspective how DW made car buying fast and easy. Excellence is an understatement as far as customer service on ALL parts of the dealership. Everyone was helping one another. Every other dealership you go to, if they aren't selling you the car, they are no where in sight. I spoke to the finance department, sales, warranty, and detail and everyone was extremely helpful. Not only did I find the car I wanted, Amy didn't stop until she found the correct engine size, color, body style, and the exact year. Everyone has a great relationship with each other. Keep up the great work ladies and gents!!!!
