Brian the salesman sucks at communicating had to leave work early twice to pick truck up because he said it was done being inspected and it wasn't. The service department slapped a sticker on the truck with a seized caliper and other brake issues. I've brought it back 3 times and they claimed to have fixed the brakes but the brakes are still squeaking and the truck feels worse than when I bought it. They've thrown a lot of parts at it saying that those parts were bad and this would fix the issue, but they didnt.. and if those parts were bad like they said, they shouldve replaced all of ot before slapping an inspection sticker on it..

Super nice people. Ken (my salesman) was awesome. It was the most low pressure experience I've ever had at a car dealer. I would definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a car.

As a new car buyer this place really gave me a great experience love the guy “JP” he was an amazing car sales man keeping things quick and professional definitely give this place a look.

Unfortunately, after 3,000 miles the brakes and rotor needed replaced. They put a PA Inspection sticker on the vehicle before purchase. It could not have met PA standards with brake pad and rotor destroyed after 3,000 miles of Interstae driving. Be careful…they can NOT be trusted.

Place is trash, nothing more to say honestly. You reach out and they’re smug and condescending. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought my 2nd truck from Choice in 2 years. Corey and Choice made my 4 hour drive well worth it! I would highly recommend coming here for a great quality used vehicle at a great price!! If and when I'm ready for another truck I will be back!! Thanks Choice Auto!!

They quickly responded when I inquired about the availability of one of their listings. Nothing more occurred between us because I chose not to pursue a deal.

I have some CHOICE words for their “key guy”. I was told to bring my car in to service on at 11:00 Thursday to get a key duplicated. Choice called me at 9:47, and asked if I could arrive earlier, since the key guy was early. I said yeah, maybe 15-20 minutes. I arrived at 10:30am, but the key guy had left, full well knowing that I was hustling to get there earlier than 11:00 as requested. He couldn’t wait for ME, who was coming in early. No phone call was made to call me off or cancel, either. Abuse your customers, you’re DEAD to me!
