Excellent service.

Excellent service. Super clean. Team dynamics are healthy and fun. They were on time and the waiting area clean/comfortable. Eric S. was my service advisor and did a great job explaining everything as well as checked for any recalls. Very pleased and grateful! We have had nothing but great experiences with both our sales representative, Mike Brown, and the staff. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the pre-sales lady went above and

From start to finish, the pre-sales lady went above and beyond to find me the perfect sedan to downgrade from the SUV I was currently in. Offered me a great price on my older Santa Fe and got me into a Sonata. My Salesman was very patient and honest throughout and very knowledge about all the new bells and whistles I was not familiar with. The Sales Manager even came over and sat to chat with us. We finalized everything with a sweet woman who made a way for me to take the car home the same day. It felt like a family. Very welcoming environment. Transparent pricing. A great deal. Friendly staff every step of the way, from the initial phone call from Karen graciously answering my many questions about the trading down process and lease specials and different types of Sonatas to working with Jim who helped me learn all about the car so I would be confident driving it away, to John the manager who made me a great offer on my SUV and shared some laughs with us all the way to Sarah who handled all the financial paperwork for me. I felt like they actually liked me, not just wanted to sell me something. In my 50something years and all my car buys, this one takes the cake. They really appreciate their customers. Jim even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and walked me through some more features I wasn't familiar with. Just buy yourr car here. They treat you like family and make buying a car a lot stressful than it used to be

I got my 2021 palisade from here, ive drivin it mabey 20

I got my 2021 palisade from here, ive drivin it mabey 20 times since i got it in February 2024,certified pre owned, and yet i needed an oil change 2 months after i got it , now December 2024 in the same year ive owned it for 10 months, less then a year and the check engine light came on, i took it in and they told me spark plugs are bad. I spoke to the sales mgr,who then spoke to the service mgr, and worked it all out.the sales mgr took on the expense of the spark plugs, im so pleased with how the sales and service department worked together and helped me.

Took my car to be serviced in the morning I dropped it

Took my car to be serviced in the morning I dropped it off and they said it’d be a little while since they had to look at it, so I asked if it would be today and she said yes definitely by 3/3:30 she would personally call me. So I waited patiently so I wouldn’t nag and just let them do the work if any had needed to be done. by 6 I called since it showed online they close at 8pm and a sales receptionist informed me that the service department closed at 4… I had asked if it would be today for pick up because I have work at 5am and now am without a vehicle since they never gave me a phone call and I waited by my phone for hours since I dropped it off.

After my Hyundai Sonata was stolen by the 'Kia Boys' and

After my Hyundai Sonata was stolen by the 'Kia Boys' and later recovered by the police, I had my car towed here to be repaired. I picked this dealer because I knew the work would be done correct. Unfortunately, 2 months later and they have not fixed the car and always fail to call me back when I call. Even my insurance company is fed up with them as well. Nicole always says she'll call back but hardly ever does. She blames the insurance company for how long it's taking but they have receipts that shows me she's lying.

I explained to your people that the 2 transactions must have crossed paths. I did not know you had put the refund in when you did. It was days later and still no refund. You cannot fault me for thinking that perhaps it was not coming at all. Also, your people attacked me. If I conducted myself that way at work I would be called into the office or worse.

I brought my 2019 Santa Fe into Branfon Hyundai for the 2nd time and when I picked up my car it was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. They only reason I even brought it back was because after they ruined my car started with the recall upgrade they gave me a credit. They trained technician who is charging 163.00 and hour is a hack .. and they won't stand behind their work. Do Not use service department
