This is a second time I have purchased a vehicle from Billion Hyundai and Ian Kumerow was my sales person. Ian is a very personable gentleman and has very sharp listening skills with customers request. Ian is very knowledgeable and very comfortable to work with, and could definitely share his skills with the younger sales people.I would definitely recommend him to anybody buying a vehicle and when I purchased another vehicle, I will definitely be using Ian.

Just purchased a 2024 Tuscan from your dealership but was
Just purchased a 2024 Tuscan from your dealership but was not a pleasant experience. The salesman was very pushy and impatient making us feel rushed. Sales person messaged multiple times if I didnt respond in a timely manner. Felt forced into taking the vehicle as i recieved a message from the salesperson that his boss was bugging him nonstop abiut the deal we were recieving. Noone went through the paperwork explaining what the numbers meant. We were told there was coupons that were needed to be used by the end of the month, still unclear if we recieved them. Went couple days later as it was late to find out how to set up the vehicle. Nonone was willing to set up the all the technology. Was told to read the manual. Kids had to setup the Blue link. Sincerely hope the vehicle is much better than our experience at the dealership. When we got the vehicle the gas was empty. We were told that since it was closing time they were unable to fill the tank up. We were to come in another day to get it filled up and a car wash. We live an hour away from the dealership and had to cancel other plans to make sure everything was settled. After the sale was done we were left with a vehicle that we didnt know how to set it up. Dealership was very unhelpful throughout the entire process.

I had a warranty replacement issue with my vehicle. I got great support and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Very friendly service and was able to schedule on a saturday.

I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service
I brought our 2018 Hyundai Senada in for a service because it is using oil excessively. This is not covered under warranty so therefore the only way to get the motor fixed is to have the motor actually blow up. This was not good for us considering we have an investment in the car and now it is virtually worth nothing. Billy and Hyundai is doing what they can to document it and in case the motor does blow up, they will have the paperwork necessary to get Hyundai to hopefully replace the engine. Brooke and Wyatt were the unlucky billion employees that had to break the news to us and then deal with us as not so happy customers. They did a great job with communicating and getting us to understand the process and what our options were if any. that’s a hard position to be in as an employee and we appreciate their honesty and help. They are two great employees that billion Hyundai is lucky to have on staff.

Super guy to work with plus very friendly and funn

Hyundai great, Billion service stinks
I had a problem with the paint on my car. Hyundai was great helping me out. Billion did everything they could to hinder it. They made me pay $100 just to take pictures. Then didn’t upload the pics. Then tried to tell me I would need to pay 1500 to replace a windshield when I said I wasn’t gonna pay it there were no more problems.

Steve, Our service department manager has reached out to clear out any misunderstandings. We apologize for the communication regarding the windshield, it needed to be removed for painting and was in tough shape, warranty would not cover the replacement if it could not be removed without being damaged. Nonetheless, your Hyundai warranty was expired and wasn't going to be covered by Hyundai, our relationship with Hyundai enabled the cost of the vehicle to be painted properly be covered under warranty. We will ensure more clear communication for our customers going forward, as we want to make sure there are clear understandings of what the repair entails, and that is our responsibility to convey these concerns over to the customer properly.
