Awful customer service. Better service out there. They just hang up on customers and are extremely rude. Not sure why they have such high reviews they were probably written internally.

From the moment I walked in to the dealership it felt extremely welcoming the staff was very nice to say the least greeting me as soon as I came in the door. I met an extremely kind lady by the name of Kimmy whom treated me better than any other dealership was straight forward with me and honest yet respectful. She helped me attain my new bmw and i could not be more satisfied with the vehicle and have yet to have any issues with my vehicle even after 90 days of daily driving. i highly recommend if searching for a vehicle go down to performance imports they will be honest, fair priced, and straight forward.

The people here at performance imports are awesome they helped me with many questions and gave detailed answers also walked me through the service area. Overall a great place!! I will be recommending this place to friends and family!

Amazing, I bought a vehicle last summer which I was very pleased with, and decided when it was time for an oil change to bring it to Performance where I purchased it. I am happy to say they remembered my name, my care, and treated me like family. I will be bringing my car there for all my service. I bought my audi Q7 from kimmy at performance imports. she was very knowledgeable with the cars on the lot and helped me pick the car for me excellent service and the techs are awesome I was able to meet them while making my purchase.

Great service, honest, went above and beyond when doing a repair on my 1977 MB 240D! I did a lot of research on repeir shops, defiantly worth the hour I drive to have these guys work on my car.

I recently bought a cls63 amg from Diane at Performance imports and she was absolutely amazing, to say the least! I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole car buying experience at Performance Imports. From the minute i spoke to Diane on the phone, set up a test drive, and finalized the paperwork it was a seamless process. The whole time i was treated with the utmost respect as i was one of her own family. Buying from a family owned dealership like this is always the bets way to go when you can find such quality cars, and extremely nice people. I would HIGHLY Recommend Diane, Performance Imports, and everyone at the facility to assist in your car buying process!!! Nothing but GREAT things to say the whole way!!!
