I was interested in a Hyundai Sonata and emailed through Cargurus. Chris Baker responded immediately. Once we realized that vehicle wasn't going to work for me Chris went above and beyond anything I had expected. He continued to encourage me and was looking into other vehicles that might interest me. I came in on a day he couldn't be there and worked with his partner, Fawn Delaney, who was just as incredible as Chris. I test drove a few different vehicles and chose the Hyundai Elentra SE Value Edition. I was not an easy guest for them. In fact, I was a pain in their butts, but they still treated me with respect and both still wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. I was a person to them, not a number. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Boucher Hyundai. Chris and Fawn as well as the rest of the team there made sure I was happy with everything.

Pretty good. Wished it was faster and they had available the car I wanted. I bought a car with features that I didn't care for. And the rebate was made to seem like it was going to be done with by the end of that weekend, but I saw that out was still running later the next week.

Treated very well as a customer and listened to what I needed and wanted in a car. Very pleased with staff especially Leo who is fun and knowldegable.

I came in with the idea of which two vehicles I wanted to look at, and we talked about what my needs were and why I was looking and he showed me the different vehicles side by side so it helped make my decision easier.
