Great SUV, Great Dealership!
Over the past 20 years, this is our 10th overall new vehicle from Boucher of Waukesha, 9 of which were Hyundai's. Our Sales Representative, Darlene Larsen was zero pressure. She gave us their best bottom line price and then two days later after we looked at Mazda, Ford, Chevy and Buick small SUV's similar to the Hyundai Kona, she honored the fantastic deal she was able to get for us. No one could come close to the offer Boucher was able to give us. We highly recommend Darlene Larsen from Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha to anyone that may be interested in buying or leasing a new Hyundai! We have loved every Hyundai we have ever owned or leased! Awesome vehicles for the money!

Great experience and service!
I was treated great and was very happy with the salesman I worked with. He was focused on what I needed/wanted in a car and not just the sale of one. You don't find many out there like that. I went there ready to look at a car that I found online and ended up looking at a different one because just by talking to me, he found out quickly the first car is not one I would have been happy with. I love my new car and am happy I found it at this dealership and definitely wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else! Everyone was great! I definitely would recommend it and to work with Kevin Hart!!

Oil change and tire rotation
Upon arrival was promptly greeted by the service associate. Explained the work process and an estimated time to completion. When the work was completed (earlier than stated) associate explained all of the findings. Very professional staff.

1+ week to replace a key?!!!
I lost my car keys. Due to push button technology I was forced to tow my car 40 miles away from my home to get a new key reprogrammed. Well that didn’t work. Nothing was wrong with my car starting. All I needed was and expensive key and having been in wholesale parts the price is tripled. I’m without a ride and have walked back and forth to work for over a week now! I’ve been mistreated due to having an ignition interlock on my car. If I didn’t have one! They would have provided me a way back and forth to work instead of walking in this weather! I can afford a daily meal much less Uber. There’s something too by the business books about my situation that no one cares to listen to at that dealership! No one asked or cared! Do you need a meal? I’m just told you and your car even though we can’t figure out what is wrong with a 2013 limited edition, are a burden on our profit. My dads dying my children are starving, I have no extra money........😭

Tire rotation
The service department here is wonderful. Brought the car in at the scheduled time and they started on it right away. The car was finished quickly and they washed it too!

Concierge and Service
I deal with Randy to set up the concierge pick up and echedule servicing of my car. Randy manages the process and keeps me imformed as to pick up / return times and what maintence completed. The car is always returned washed and vacuumed. I would recommend Boucher for all my service needs.
