I had an oil change and tire rotation. They added an air...

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They added an air filter change. I drove home to West Allis with the AC on and windows closed. I heard a faint high pitched squealing, then a bird cheeping sound from one of the wheels. I rolled down the windows when close to home and heard the sounds were loud and constant. I also heard a grinding sound when applying the brakes. I called the Service Dept. when I got home and they said to bring my Sonata back to Boucher Service. I brought it back in the next morning. They did a test drive with me, then looked at the wheels and found they had bent something (sorry don’t know the name of the part) when they rotated the wheels. They fixed the problem, but I thought I deserved at least an apology for their mistake and maybe something in return to offset the cost of gas to drive to and from Boucher twice. They also told me I need some additional repairs with an estimated cost of about $1500 - $2000. I have only had this car for 2 years, have low mileage. I did not expect to have to put that much money into this 2012 Sonata.

Reasonable prices and efficient process. We were in and out in an hour, took most my info over the phone. We already test drove, so we knew what we wanted.

From start to finish everything has top notch, only it should not have taken two hours got an oil change and tire rotation

We felt like we could not leave the building unless we...

We felt like we could not leave the building unless we purchased a protection plan so we took the cheapest possible at an extra $60 a month. Omar convinced us that the car was going to fall apart soon and we should have protection. Also for the first 448 miles in the city the Tucson averaged 15.8 mpg. But a trip to the twin cities it did get 28mpg. Gas hog. I don't like the herniated steering wheel. Have any of the Tucson designers looked at the temperature gauge when the sun is out especially with sun glasses on? One of our greatest mistakes. But I will say the people at Bucher are really friendly.

Pricing was off from what I was told when they gave me...

Pricing was off from what I was told when they gave me numbers. One of my issues was my car was leaking something. I was told that it was left over oil and they would wipe it up get my car is still leaking so that problem was not solved.

I walked in day after my last car died test drove a car...

I walked in day after my last car died test drove a car went home came back next day drove a different car made a deal came in next day and picked it up went quick and smooth.

Very good service

This is the first time I have been at one of the Boucher dealerships and I'm glad I went to the Hyundai dealership. I first worked with Monica from internet sales and she was very helpful answering my questions and she set an appointment for me to meet with Alex Dominguez, who was also very helpful. I took a test drive in the Tucson and knew I wanted to buy it, loved the car. Alex was very helpful in answering my questions and going through my options. When I told him what I wanted for my monthly payments, we discussed leasing, which I went with for my first lease, and I'm happy I did. Alex was also very helpful helping me set up the online app and going through the features of the car. Really happy I chose this dealership.

This is the first time I have been at one of the Boucher dealerships and I'm glad I went to the Hyundai dealership. I showed up for my appointment to find out I showed up on the wrong day, and the appointment was actually the next day. They still found a way to squeeze me in and get my oil changed and I was very appreciative! I live half hour away and would’ve been unable to make it in the next day. Great customer service !
