Wonderful experience

Very professional, Devin was extremely educated on his products. The dealership was very comfortable and clean. Will use both the dealership and Devin Dzioba in the future.

Easy and Painless

Never imagined buying a car online could be this easy. Jeremy is very helpful and extremely quick to respond to all my questions via emails. Ended up with a great car at a very good price. I wish all other car dealerships were this good.

Overall great experience

The garage and the waiting room were clean, spacious, and bright. I liked the arrangement of chairs in the waiting area and thanks for having HGTV on TV rather than some random sports game! The staff was very receptive, courteous, and more than helpful.

Great customer service is provided by staff

Promptness of greeting by advisor at time of arrival and their knowledge of the service department. Took the time to go over the paperwork and service done by their department on our vehicle at time of pick up. Reviewed charges for the service

Great Service

Just a routine oil change.

Had an appt. 11/24/15 at 1:15pm. Got there early, 30 minutes. Waited till 3:15 pm ask Jennifer to check the statis of my vehicle. No reply. Went to desk to see what's up 2 1/2 hours later still sitting 10 feet where I left it. Decided to leave as people came and left and me still waiting. Then the car would not start. Not the battery. 3 battery packs to charge it....NOT the battery. Finally used car repairman started it. Left no oil change.....NO SERVICE. I GET MORE RESPECT AT JIFFY LUBE.
