Best salesman around!
Best salesman around!!! I met Ben when he sold us our cx5. He treated us just like family. He was so good to us. Me and my wife both agreed we will always have a mazda in our garage after we talked to him and bought her car. I recently was in the market for another suv and I immediately knew who I wanted to talk to. Ben is by far the best salesman, he is so down to earth and goes above and beyond. I am so happy with my cx50 and our cx5. We own 2 mazdas now and that's all thanks to Ben Vigil, we honestly could not be happier. Even other people in different departments have nothing but great things to say about Ben, especially David DiLorenzo. Buying a car is always so stressful but both times Ben and the crew at Quality Mazda made it so easy and stress free. I have bought mulitple vehicles in the past and no one has come close to how professional and caring Ben is. He truly loves to see his customers happy. I will be back when we decide to get another mazda and will recommend him to all friends and family.

Needed an oil change and was taken care of by Bill Mast.
Needed an oil change and was taken care of by Bill Mast. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my satisfaction. The service time was quick and I was back on the road soon after. I'll definitely be returning to Quality Mazda for any additional service I might need.

What a headache!
What a headache! I first expressed interest online and started getting emails and texts from a "Jeny", stating she was going to have someone text me, then call me to discuss the vehicle. It NEVER happened. I finally responded to one text asking if she (it?) was A-I and it never responded again. So then I go to their website and get the email address of their Sales Lead. I email her - no response to this day (3 weeks later). Then I reach out and get a hold of some other sales guy (Ben?). We have a couple of phone conversations and I tell him what I want and what I want to pay. He tells the the manager is out and he'll get back to me "tomorrow" with an answer. Two weeks later and there's no answer! I can only figure that all those 5 star reviews are fake, paid for or from 75 year old grandmas who walk in and pay asking price. C'mon, I know they're close to Roswell but surely the aliens aren't eating all these people before they can respond??? Totally unprofessional.

Team works phenomenally to ensure customer satisfaction. I took my car in for a part replacement. It was done within minutes. Then, they noted my rear wiper was loose and missing a part. They simply fixed it. Nice to see such thorough care and attention to detail.

We had to replace a new CX-50 that was unfortunately
We had to replace a new CX-50 that was unfortunately totaled in an accident (not our fault). In trying to duplicate the car we lost, we wound up going to Quality in Albuquerque, even though it was a 400+ mile round-trip commute. That being said, both our sales rep Ben Vigil and Sales/Finance Manager Pavel Harbinsky made the trip more than worthwhile. Given the distance - and a number of phone calls - we were able to conclude ALL details of the sale over the phone; we only had to make the drive, sign on the line and get the keys. This was the absolute best car purchase process we have ever been through - and there have been a bunch. Especially given the circumstances, these folks bent over backwards to get the deal done on terms that worked out well for both us and for the dealership. There's a good reason these folks have been in business for 67 years and counting. Highly, highly recommended - 6 Stars on scale of 5!
