The workers were very nice, I greatly appreciated the complimentary car wash and that they cleaned out the inside as well. They were fast and efficient! My only complaint is that it was slightly confusing where I was supposed to go when I first arrived and there is no parking so going inside to ask for clarification isn’t really an option.

The people are kind.

The people are kind. Unfortunately, that is shadowed by the poor communication, failure to meet their own expectations, and constant delays. After 2 MONTHS, 3 missed self-imposed deadlines, and a significant loss of income as a result, I finally got my car back. The work got done and they tried to bring down the price a little, but unless something goes wrong with the specific repairs they did, I will be taking my car elsewhere for general maintenance.
