Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it

Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. My mom who was paying to have the work done is buying a new car. After how the parts/service departments failed to follow up on every appointment she is refusing to Kia which was in the top 2. Great job!

Great service Morgan was over and above.

Great service Morgan was over and above. Left ride home was great. Pick up back was bad. They never showed up. Morgan picked me up.

Nadia and the rest of the service team were top notch!

Nadia and the rest of the service team were top notch! They kept me informed of all concerns that were found while my vehicle was in for service, updated me on how long it would be and finished all approved work quickly and with excellent attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kia of Everett to any of my friends and family.

Ordering and paying for parts and waiting for them to

Ordering and paying for parts and waiting for them to arrive. 2 weeks no call, I called they said they would call me. 3 weeks still no call. 1 month I called guess what no part they could not get the part, no longer made. They did manage to jerry rig the bracket and did not charge for labor. Their assumption is that someone should be contacting the customer keeping them up to date of the situation. Clearly their team is not aware of their process or in this case there is no process. I still really like KIA I just think they could do better.
