Leasing a new car

This was the fourth car that we have leased from Herb Chambers Kia, and the second time that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tom O'Donnell. He and the rest of the Herb Chambers staff made this a very pleasurable experience, no pressure, and all of our questions were answered. I will continue to lease through Herb Chambers Kia.

Exceptional Service Rep

Jen is excellent as the service rep. She places the customer first and foremost. She advises accurately with the customer’s best interest in mind. Truly exceptional!

recall (s)

I had recalls to replace door handles, ball joints & to install software to alert me if there was excessive piston wear. All of this was done in one day( except the door handles which had to be ordered) The customer service reps were very knowledgeable, in fact they alerted me to 2 of the other recalls of which I was never notified about, neither by Kia nor York Kia, ( where I had purchased my car) which has since gone out of business. Everything was done in the approximate time I was told. In the interim I was able to enjoy a cup(s) of coffee in the waiting area as well as to look @ the vehicles on the floor that were up for sale, All in all, it was a pleasant experience

Amazing staff such easy and quick pain free

Needed all new tires and an alignment they worked with me on price and got it back the same day!!!! Amazing experience will never go anywhere else!!!

Very efficiant

Tom O’Donnell was my sales rep and the business mgr was great. This is my second lease with you and my son bought his vehicle here also with Tom. Location and service couldn’t be better. I’ll be back in 3 years Thanks again to all involved

Quick service for recall fix

There was a minor recall type item on my Sorento. They had the "fix" done quickly and efficiently! Always friendly. And a comfortable customer "lounge" to boot :)

Efficient

I scheduled an oil change the day before and was able to drop off and pick up my can the next day. Each visit only took a few minutes. Efficient and Friendly. I was also informed of a couple factory service alerts, one of which was completed and the other, for which a part was ordered will be performed the next time I come in for service. No need for a special trip which is excellent.

Oil and Filter Change

Had an oil and filter change-in and out less than an hour. Free coffee and water,magazines to read. Clean waiting room and clean restroom. Service technician gives you bill and walks to cashier with you and explains what was done. Car was washed and vacuumed. How good is that.
