Horrible Customer Service after purchase!
I bought the perfect car. The price was fair, although they did not give me the best price on my trade in I did feel that it was at the low end of a fair value. Everything was great. It all went down hill after that. When purchasing my car, I was promised in writing several things. The first was a second key to the car. Liberty Bay convinced me to buy this "extra" protection that included key replacement. I was told to wait a month after purchasing to file a claim. I did just that thinking its a little weird but what did I know. Well a month later I tried to file a claim and was told by the protection company that the dealer had to provide me with 2 keys in order for my contract with them to be valid. They suggested I reach back to the dealership to have them supply me with a second key. When I called Liberty Bay I was told that I needed to speak to a certain person and that person was out of the officer and so I left a message for them to call me back. A few days went by and got no response, so I reached out again and got someone and was told he needed to look in to it. A week went by no response so I again reached out and was told that they were trying to track down a Toyota dealership with the key available and I would have to drive to Bremerton which is over an hour away plus a ferry ride. When I asked if there was a place closer to me they said they would have to look it up. It took almost a month of back a fourth before I finally got the key that I was promised. The second issue that I had was at time of purchase my car did not come with a manual. They put down in writing that I would get one. At a month post purchase I had received my new plates but no manual. I called and spoke to someone who said that they would have to reach out to the salesmen who helped me. Again waited for a few days and no response. I again called and they said that the manual had been ordered. They told me that it would be in at the end of January (2 weeks out). Come the end of the first week of February I called as I had not heard anything about it nor had I seen anything come in the mail. Was told the person I needed to talk to was not in and I would get a call back. Waiting a few days and no call back, I called again and this time I was told that my manual would be in at the end of the week. Waited and never heard back. Called once again and this time I was told that they did not know when it was going to be in. They ordered it from some company who is sending it from the Netherlands. What bothers me the most besided that lack of communication and feeling like I don't matter to this company. I could go online and get one from the US and have it here in less then 2 weeks but they decided to order one form some other country. Needless to say I have had my car for almost 2 months and still no manual. I have even spoken to someone who claimed they were the manager and they gave me the run around. I am beyond frustrated with this company. They don't keep written word, they never call you back like they say and when you need to talk to someone they magically are always out of the officer. This company is always giving me the run around and they don't care about you at all.

I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with this...
I’ve never had a worse experience than dealing with this auto dealer. I took my car in and they told me I needed catalytic converters which is why the check engine light was on. They told me it would cost over $5,000.00 dollars. I decided to get a second opinion from a reputable shop in Seattle and they told me the catalytic converters were good and they fixed the problem which was a vacuum leak. Don’t deal with these crooks.

Great helpful service
Such a great experience buying a car for my daughter. The finance department and sales helped us navigate a complex financial situation. This is the third car I’ve bought from this dealership and the only place I’ll go in the future. Always a fair deal with great service.
