New Subaru

Matthew Trexler is the sales person who accompanied us while looking at cars. He is very friendly & sharp; he answered all questions & offered suggestions. We'd also like to acknowledge Jermaine Washington, Chris Dupont & Rich Miles for making this a pleasant buying experience. We are very pleased with our new Subaru Outback. Great folks & a great dealership. We'll certainly recommend you to folks that we know.

Great service!

I came in looking to fix my blue tooth and pair my pho e, and Craig was so helpful in fixing the problem and gwtti g my phone re connected. I could have just read my manual but he Incisted to help me resolve the issue. Great service!

Poor service

My wife had a nail in her tire on Friday they said would have one in on Wednesday. Here it is Friday and they can't or won't give us a straight answer on when it will be fixed. They didn't put the spare on or even ask her if she wanted them to. Sits in driveway with flat. Glad we bought from Subaru of Corvallis.

Looking for a used Subaru Crosstreck

This dealership was great! I went in not knowing hardly anything and walked out knowing a lot! I am a college student who works a part time job, and need a new or newer car. I had seen the Crosstreck and was interested in it. I went their just to get a feel for what it would be like and how much it might cost since I would be needing a loan for sure. The experience was great I didn't even book and appointment. The gentleman help me answer all my questions and let me know what Subaru all offered. I did not purchase one because I wanted to just go and look and get a feel for it before I totally committed. I will say though that I will most certainly be going back to purchase one their when the time is right!

Relaxed and Easy going

Worked with Liz Rodgers and she was as helpful as could be. We are early in our buying process yet she let us test drive all the vehicles we wanted, she was easy going, not pushy or aggressive. These are good folks and if and when we are ready to move forward with another Subaru( LOVE MY 2013 OUTBACK) we would buy from Liz and the Salem team.

Mini Cooper

Test drove a used Mini Cooper they were selling. Wasn't the car I ended up buying but their customer service was excellent and all of my questions were answered and I was satisfied with my experience with the people there.

Knowledgeable and low-pressure

I visited the dealership three times - twice to test drive and/or sit in some of the cars, and then the third time to buy a car after getting several quotes on cars.com. All of the people that I dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable about the features and trim levels available on the different models. The price quoted on the vehicle was very competitive with another nearby dealership.

Amazing Sales Staff

This car dealership made me feel so comfortable. We've bought a used car and a new car from them. I'm so happy with the Subaru I went home with. I will continue to purchase cars from them in the future. Thank you to all the staff that helped us.

Great Place but not the best price on a new car.

The sales team was very nice, and the dealership is clean and comfortable. However we came in on a national offer for a lease. We explained to each person we dealt with that we were looking for the offer advertised, they came back with double the price!.. we were a little taken back with this. As it was obvious that they did not listen to what we wanted. We left and looked at another dealer selling subaru's in Portland. The experience was much worse, however gave us a much better deal. I then decided to call back the original salesperson who we dealt with as I did like his style of selling. I asked him to just match the deal I got from the other dealership with the same equipped car ( i would even wait for them to get one in) and I would purchase right then and there. They said NO it was a "smoking" deal and i should get it. So tomorrow I will be driving to Portland to get a "smoking" deal. To Bad I wanted to keep my business local.

trying to purchase new Subaru Forester

very awkward layout. have to walk a couple blocks to see new subarus salesman wanted too much personal information not applicable to purchase
