We have used Eskridge for all of our vehicle maintenance

We have used Eskridge for all of our vehicle maintenance for the past four years and have been very pleased with their quality of service and customer service. We just purchased our first vehicle from Eskridge and are beyond happy with our purchase. Everyone we interacted with was honest and helpful, especially Gregg Gummerso and Storm Ganzer. They both went above and beyond for us, and we are very thankful.

BAD SERVICE-THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK!

BAD SERVICE-THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK! In September I took my 2019 GMC into Eskridge to diagnose knocking in the motor, loss of power, and multiple warning light. After having the truck for almost 2 weeks I was informed that the lifters/rocker arms had experienced a failure on one side of the motor and I was looking at $3500.00 in repairs. I called a few other shops and they could do the work for $300-$400 cheaper but Eskridge had already had the top of the motor taken apart and the service manager assured me that any work they performed would be covered under that wonderful GM 12 month warranty. After many excuses I was finally called by the dealership in mid November and told they had all the parts but they had noticed minor damage on the cam shaft. The service advisor stated that she hoped I would let them do the $3500 repair as the damage was minimal. So $4000 later I am rolling out the door in my truck. 4 months later the truck started doing the same thing. When I called the service manager he stated “we told you the camshaft had damage but you didn’t want to pay $6000 to replace it.” I told him of course I didn’t want to pay what it would cost to replace the motor ($10k) for repairs. I also told him that if you guys would have told me that the truck would be down again in 4 months I would have never agreed to spend $4000 for a few months of driving. I asked about the wonderful GM warranty. I was told that no warranty would apply because of the damage on the camshaft. Took it to another shop and for just a little over what I paid Eskridge originally they replaced the lifters on both sides of the motor and the camshaft. They also informed me that whoever worked in my truck last “did me dirty.” I would highly advise you not do anything beyond an oil change or tire rotation with this shop. Not only do they make you wait months but integrity is lacking if you let somebody invest $4000 in a vehicle you know is not going to last more than a few months after the repairs. I feel like as the experts they should’ve made that crystal clear , they were getting paid for the work and they didn’t really care what happened to me down the road. I would not use them for anything because that GM warranty doesn’t apply if they say it doesn’t. I’ve been better off taking it to another shop in the first place and I’d still be driving my truck without the 2nd round of repairs.

Repeat customer here!

Repeat customer here!! Beware of price! Keep track of the internet pricing and what they put on paper. I for taken for 1000 dollars! I knew something was off on the price, I did change trucks for the least junk one they had on the lot. Take your business elsewhere honest. They know what they did and oops nadda to fix after it's "Funded" to them of course.

Gregg is awesome!

Worked with Gregg Gumerson for more than one time in recent years. Always appreciated his honesty and integrity. No matter what has ever come up during the process, I’ve always felt informed and like I was treated fairly.

BAD experience. Taken advantage of.

Ordered a car after 2 years on a waitlist with Eskridge. The workbench order was accepted for my exact model year and build which is supposed to fall under the price protection policy GM has. When my car came in a couple of months later (in the same year) they jacked up the price by $3,000. They claimed model year increase for a second time (first time was after I sent the order to the dealership and I agreed to that increase). They told me I could pay the inflated price or not because in this market they could sell it for 10k more than I'm paying. Horrible and dishonest. GM blames the dealership. The dealership blames GM.
