Searched several dealerships and was pretty exhausted from car shopping before I found auto link. They were a little busy when I came, but the wait wasn't long and then someone helped me. The price of the vehicle was one of the best I could find as far as the car's value goes (I can be unpleasantly shrewd now and then),and so thanks to Craig for having been patient with me.

Bought my toyota highlander just recently from Auto Link. The check engine light came on after a week. I took it to craig and brought it right in. He was nice enough to give me a loaner car for the day while the car was being fixed. I was very impressed by the customer service here. Definitely would recommend them to a friend.

I have never felt more welcome at a dealership. This dealer ship has a very nice selection of quality southern vehicles. Once i test drive the car I was able to bring to my mechanic. Once my mechanic gave it a thumbs up I decided to buy and he cared about making sure I received the best interest rate possible ( 1.9% @ AFCU). Craig was very professional and made the experience very easy.

My daughter, a first time car-buyer, recently purchased a car from Auto Lnk Inc. I accompanied her, as this process was new to her. We spent several days driving and considering 4 different cars. Craig was unfailingly patient, he allowed us to take the cars to our mechanic, he was knowledgeable about the car, and the price of the car was reasonable. I would highly recommend this dealership.

GOOD LUCK having your phone call and voice mail returned by this SLOWWW dealership! On an early Saturday afternoon while searching online, I spotted an SUV tagged "just listed" featuring most of what we're looking for. I acted quickly to contact this dealer, but no luck: VOICEMAIL! Followed up my call the next couple of days: VOICEMAIL! I figured no biggie, most probably closed Sunday and for labor day Monday. However, no reply to my voicemail the whole time though! Continued my quest the next two days(Tuesday and Wednesday) this time certain that I would reach someone right? NOOOO, complete ignorance of my inquiry. I have dealt with auto dealers about a dozen times in the past and I've never had one ignore customer calls. Finally, I get an email from a guy Thursday morning(on the 6th day since my initial inquiry) informing me that the SUV has been recently sold but he has a similar one that's not AWD. Geeeez, really? Mr sleepy head, why would I need and search for an SUV if it's only front wheel drive? Shouldn't it rather be easier to simply look for a mini cooper or a prius?

I was shopping for a car online and found a great deal at Auto LInk, I liked the fact that they deal in Southern Cars so I went to see the car, I was greeted well by Craig the Owner. All the cars had a carfax printed out and placed inside vehicles. Nice to know the history of these clean southern cars. The car drove great and still does, I ended up buying it. I recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
