Great Service - Recommended!

I recently puchased a Crosstrek from Tyler E at Romain Subaru. He was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would work with him again and recommend Romain for those looking for a new Subaru.

Great Service

Tyler Emmett was very professional and I enjoyed working with him during my purchase of my Crosstrek. I have been very happy with the vehicle and the attention I have received from Tyler and Romain since my purchase. They followed up after both my purchase and my recent service to ensure that I was happy with everything and that certainly makes me want to work with them again in the future.

DIDNT REMOVE CAR EVEN AFTER IT WAS SOLD

The Dealer didn't remove the advertised car after it was sold several days ago. Then started pushing other cars on me immediately. I didn't have a way to contact anyone over the weekend.

Unfortunately due to the process of purchasing, our inventory changes every day. If a customer agrees to purchase a vehicle but does not pick it up for a couple days, it will still show in our inventory. Not until they take delivery in the Finance Manager's office and marked delivered does it come out of our inventory. Sometimes that process does take some time. We apologize for the confusion over this particular issue and hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to service your car needs.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Buying our new car from Romain Subaru was a great experience. Our salesman, Tyler Emmett, went out of his way to help us without using pressure tactics. Buying a new car is stressful but he actually my the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Romain Subaru and especially Tyler.

Out of State Buyer, Don't Bother!

Do not buy from them if you are an out of state buyer. I was working with Chris and while he was helpful, he didn't coordinate with other sales staff there and another salesman sold the car I was looking at out from under me. I offered to put a down payment to hold the vehicle for me, and applied for financing through the dealer which they pulled my credit for. Never received an apology or even a call from management. They sold the car so that's all they care about.

We certainly understand your disappointment that the vehicle you were interested sold before we could finalize a deal. While we were in regular contact with you via email, your preferred contact method, another interested party was in contact with another sales executive at the same time. We regret that timing did not work in your favor for the purchase of this vehicle, but we do run into situations like this on occasion when a highly sought-after pre-owned vehicle goes onto market. Made long distance shopping easy...

I just returned home from 650 mile round trip to purchase a pre-owned unit. Be aware that I am in the business and would never usually purchase from any other dealer than my dealership, however this was a niche market car, and it was a 1-owner with exceptionally low miles. My salesman was David Jones, and the best compliment I can pay him is that he treated me as well as I try to in my client dealings. He was very helpful through several days of calls and texts, met me at the airport, had the car ready to go when I got there, and much of the paperwork had been completed in advance. Their coffee isn't bad either :) . If you're in West Central Illinois, you need to buy your vehicles from me. But if SW Indiana is you home, go see David.

Family

I have been looking for the right Yukon XL Denali ever since the new style came out for 2015. I tried to find a used Yukon XL Denali on the internet but had no luck finding one with the options I wanted. I wanted certain hard to find options that fit my family’s needs. One being a 2nd row bench seat instead of bucket seats which is not easy to find with the Denali package. Don Kipp at Romain Cross Pointe went out of his way to find the SUV of my dreams and at a reasonable price. Don was not pushy and treated me like family through the whole process. The whole team at Romain made buying a new Yukon a great experience. I will recommend Romain and Don Kipp to all my friends looking to buy a new car. Thanks to Don and Romain I am driving a new 2019 Yukon XL Denali with all the right options that I have been looking for. Thanks again Bill Nutt Evansville Indiana

Chevy Equinox 2006 used car. Very good car shoppin

Helpful friendly staff, nice selection of vehicles to choose from. Easy financing process. Never felt uncomfortable, or pursed into a decision to purchase a vehicle.

Very pleasant

Ava's 1st Car

We found a Toyota Camry that would be perfect for our daughter at Romain. Ira Levy had the car ready to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. He was great to work with and she got to drive the car home that day. We will go back to Romain to see Ira in the future!
