Love this place

From service to sales this place is awesome! I have been servicing my G here for a couple years and every time I come in I am pleased with how I am treated and this time was no exception. My g was going to cost quite a bit of money to fix and instead of charging me a arm and a leg they interdicted me to the sales manager who got me a new q50 for only $20 more than I was paying on my 2011. I am very happy with everyone here.

Very helpfull and Patient

It started with our sales guy Michael Mecurio, he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and calm throughout the whole process. quick and flawless! Lon then came out and took his time to show us all the features and will be back again to help.

My New Q70

This was my first experience with Infiniti and I have to say it has been great, from the infiniti team working with me to purchase the vehicle specifics that I asked for, to Lon Williams setting time aside to actually teach me about all the amenities that were included and how to use them at my door step.. Now that is the best customer service I have had by far in purchasing a vehicle.. THANKS CAMELBACK INFINITY TEAM!!!!!!

New Q70

Lon is the Bomb

Lon was extemely helpful going above an beyond explanation of features. He went with me to get a garage door opener, showed me how to operate iTuneswith my vehicle and offered his personal assistance any time I had additional questions.

Great experience

We had a great experience start to finish From the salesman, sales manager, credit dept and our tech guy. Our tech guy came out to our house on Sunday and spent over an hour explaining all the tech amenities included in our car, He was very helpful and explained everything to my wife. It is her car. We have only had it for about a week but she is enjoying it very much

Great buying experience!

Everything about purchasing my first Infiniti was great! I was treated with professionalism and respect, the process was quick, everything was as promised, and the service & follow-up has been beyond expectation. New car 101 with Lon Williams

Wow, my experience with Lon learning all about my new QX50 was eye opening and worth every minute of our time together. This is my 4th infiniti.......is there any other car company in this city...not as far as I'm concerned !! Thanks for all your help Mr. Lon !! You ROCK !!
