bought a car from them april 28th 2022 and a few weeks-a month later the check engine light came on brought it back they changed the plugs and cleared the code. time went by my check engine came back spark plugs bla bla blah. brought it back I also noticed that my backup cam wasn’t working occasionally and would just say “to contact the dealership” so i brought the car in they “changed the plugs” and determined that my back up cam malfunction was due to a low battery and claimed they couldn’t get my car to start (a female came out to say this i’m unsure of her name) when they brought it into the garage and wanted to charge 253 dollars to change it. I said nah my car has been starting great to me and i know how to change my own battery i’ll just go get one myself. Then a few minutes later Cole came out and tried pushing me to let them change my battery and tried scaring me that if i stopped anywhere on the way home i’d get stuck. This was before winter of 2022. As of right now i still haven’t changed my battery and starts like a dream . My check engine light came back on a little while later and again they “changed the plugs.” Again a while later same thing, i had a warranty though so i wasn’t being charged. They had my car in the shop one time for multiple weeks and were “checking” every single thing possible and just only “changed the plugs.” they have checked everything multiple times or just cleared the code multiple times. I got so fed up by it coming back on, i went somewhere else to a mechanic that i’ve known my whole life and he offered to check it out for me. Shocking! THEY NEVER CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS!!! Unless they can somehow buy ford plugs and they can rust in a few months. the mechanic also diagnosed a coolant leak. they also never gave me my warranty contract that i got when i got the vehicle and i had to call back to request they mail it. i called the warranty company and they couldn’t find my policy at all with the info i gave them (my name, my number, VIN, date i bought the car) and wanted the contract number and administrative number. my contract number is listed no where on the paperwork that they sent me same with the administrative number. i called them for the information so the warranty company can pull up my policy. (i want to call to see my options on going somewhere else since they keep claiming that my warranty won’t cover this and that at another dealer, then they keep trying to sell me another car instead. since i paid a good sum of money for it and if the company can’t pull up my warranty then certified probably pocketed the cash) apparently the woman who deals with that stuff has been out and there must be a typo somewhere on when they sent over the information to the company, and that they’ll situate it when she gets back. i have an appointment with them to try to diagnose the coolant leak on wednesday november 15th. i will update this review once i get a proper answer other than needing to change my spark plugs since i know for a fact they have been changed now, and to update on getting the proper information of my service warranty.

What a great dealership, stopped just to look at a truck and ended up buying a truck , I was received such a great deal that it was to hard to pass , Jeff and Mark made it happen and I'm happy they did . i m surely be going there again ,thanks Certified Auto.

The Happiest Birthday Ever!!!
My wife of 27 years just bought me my very first new vehicle for my birthday. We were never pressured, it was actually a very pleasant experience. When we gave them a budget they made sure the trucks we viewed were in that budget range. Thanks to Cody Hall and Mark Talbot I am the envy of the town. Ha! When you go there tell them the Walley's from Downsville sent you and don't forget to ask about The Jack of Spades and Dollar Story it was a was very unique and fun story!!.
