This is by far tbe BEST dealership!! Steve was my salesman. I spoke with him on the phone and told him what I wanted, when we met he was able to give me the deal I wanted without any BS or dickering with numbers. Then Wendy came along and helped seal my deal!! Thank you Gateway Subaru a d your staff for a great experience.

Used auto purchase....

Joe was very professional. I didn't need my checkpoint list. He examined the car thoroughly for me. Tires, interior, exterior, motor, test drive, etc. I wouldn't have been as thorough on my own. Most important to me, no pressure. I felt like I trusted him.

Awesome experience from beginning to the end!!

For someone who doesn’t like the haggling of numbers and the BS that come with shopping for a car this is the place to go. From the time I walked onto the lot , to 4 days later when driving home a new outback. After test driving the outback, they gave me a price with trade in, added in tax , tags and gave me a total price. I let Shawn know I had narrowed down my choices to the outback and another vehicle and I had planned to test drive the next day. There was no high pressure sales to get me to buy now. The next day going to test drive at the other dealership I got all the BS and haggling and moving numbers around and trying not to let me leave without purchasing the vehicle that day.Called Shawn the following day told him what I needed to drive the outback home that day, he told me to hold, about 30 seconds later gave me what I wanted.I stopped by there about 1:50 and was driving home in new outback at 3:30. Zach Nagler was also great to work with, he let me know the options but never tried to over sell me on anything. Just an all around great place to buy a car and will definitely come back to buy a car there and will spread the word! Shawn Edler was an awesome salesman, answered all my questions , took care of everything I wanted and was very professional.

Excellent, friendly service.

We have been to other dealerships and nothing compares to the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the ease of buying a car there. This is our second purchase. No Pressure, and Really Helpful

I went to Gateway Subaru to look at a new 2018 Impreza 5-door. The first day I went, Kevin Miller came out and helped me look at several different models of that car. He was really low pressure, did a great job getting to know me, and totally understood when I needed time to think about purchasing the vehicle. A few days later, I got in touch after visiting another Subaru dealership, and told him where I needed to be in order to get the Impreza. He worked some numbers with his finance manager and within twenty minutes got back to me and said the deal would work. The next day, I arrived to complete the purchase. Zach Nagler was really understanding when he was going over the paperwork with me, as it was the first time I bought a car. He walked me through each form and explained what each one was for. The experience at Gateway is amazing, low pressure, and everyone is willing to help you in anyway you need.

Easy to do business with.

Knowledge and courteous staff. Low keyed, but thoughtful. willing to work with you on the deal. I would return in the future for additional purchases.
