Ok service.

Typical dealership nothing to brag about. They agreed on the price over the phone but once I arrived of course they tried to increase price with add one. They took the add ons off and we made a deal. Only bad thing here was the rep that assisted me. He lied about being able to buy Gap insurance coverage through my car insurance to get me to buy. His name is Freddy. Other than that it’s your typical dealership.

Went there to buy a car for my wife. My bad, I didn't...

Went there to buy a car for my wife. My bad, I didn't read the contract before signing. In the end they charged me $800 for door protections that they didn't install, $2,000 for a GPS tracker that I didn't want, $1,500 for paint protection that I didn't want because the car is always stored in my garage. and $3,000 for extended warranty that was the only one that I agreed to. BTW, I rejected the insurance GAP and as you can imagine now I will be screwed if anything happend to the car because my downpayment was not even enough to cover for this additional things that I never agreed to.

My experience was great....Daniel Rodas was the best. He was very patient & found the car I wanted that best fit my style. The lot has plenty of cars to choose from & an excellent staff that I also noticed took very good care of other customers looking for a new car. 2 thumbs up

I had a very unpleasant experience with Ray in Montclair....

I had a very unpleasant experience with Ray in Montclair. First, he was giving us attitude when it came to finally closing out the deal after long period of negotiation. He was even rude to my 10 year old daughter. To top this, he went outside the little office we where in and called my husband loudly a mother****er. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a salesperson. I could not recommend this place to anybody. To give you the full picture what you will get yourself into if you go to this place, I also want to share what one of the other employees told us. After questioning all the add on fees they try to charge on top of the displayed price, this employee told us they would do that to have more room to negotiate, higher margins and obviously a higher profit.

DO NOT BUY! Bait and Switch!

They advertise their cars at a lower price so that Cars.com calculates their price as a “Good” price. However, when you call and they give you the price it includes all these up charges. The up charges are for parts of the vehicle such as tinted windows, GPS, and any other items already on the car. This isn’t a new car with options to add on, the car already comes as is with these features, so it’s not like you have a choice. So basically their pricing method is to bait you, then they switch the price when you call. The person helping us was so rude as to even text us to say that because our phone area code was out of the area it clearly meant we don’t have many options for the model I was looking at and so they weren’t going to waste their time by giving us a better deal. DO NOT BUY, unless you are willing to spend a lot more than listed.

Daniel Drodas was a great help in our purchase of an Alfa Romeo. He wasn’t pushy at all and did his best to get my the best rate possible even though I have horrible credit. I highly recommend him to anyone who has been turned down before.
