Do not shop here-

Unable to get a price on a used vehicle- got a ton of runaround instead. Spoke to a gentleman after the fact and found out that the employees are "encouraged" to right their own reviews on websites! Dirty- but after trying to deal with them - felt like the 80's all over again. Won't be back until there are Major changes. I'm sure there will be soon, that kind of poor practices in this area - the dealer doesn't last long.

Very poor service

I never write negative reviews but in this case had no choice. Looked at a used car but could never get a straight forward price. Very sketchy pricing with unlisted add on pricing/charges not seen on cars.com price. I called to speak to manager to relay my concerns but have never heard back. Please know I do not say this lightly-I would avoid this dealership

Awesome experience!

We did our research and fell in love with the Cherokee. By far Grapevine CDJ already beat other dealers' pricing and had a huge selection. Tony in Internet sales was very helpful via email and placed us with David for the rest of our sale. David was great at showing me all the features and making sure we got the best deal possible. Then we went to finance where we met another friendly face that was great at explaining everything we were committing to and getting with our purchase. We will be back for our future jeep needs!

Great Price! Great Service !!

Great Price! Great Service, definitely will recommend this dealer, Salesman was cool and friendly, I bought Cherokee trail hawk and my experience with dealer was very good right from my first inquiry to final deal !

New 2016 Dodge Challenger 391 purchased in Dec2015

found everyone at the dealer good to work with including the general sales manager that I talked to several times AND the Chrysler rep that happened to be there the day we were purchasing. Sales staff (James Lehr and Mark Livingston) were excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and worked hard for the deal. I would recommend the dealership and their personnel.

Purchased Jeep Cherokee

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Joseph Grant was the perfect guy to help me in this process! He helped in finding the perfect Cherokee in the lot that met all the needs I was wanting. He did an amazing job in getting me to the price point I wanted to be at! Definitely ask for Joseph when you go here!

Satisfied Yet Some Issues

I enjoyed working with Lewis Diaz on our new 2015 Durango. He was not a pressured salesman and treated us with respect. He was a pleasure to work with. We wanted a car that they did not have on the lot so, we had to sign a contract before they could even get the car to the dealership which we did not really want to do. Which means that even though we seen what the car had on it, on paper it was still hard to visualize what it really had until it arrived. There were some items not on the car that I thought it had and understood it probably would have. We were not told before our new car arrived from another dealer with 350 miles on the car that it would be driven here and not hauled on a truck. We wanted a new car with virtually no mile and paid the price for that. They did however take the time to repair a few minor problems that were wrong on the car when it arrived. There is one repair I wished I had told them to just replace the rubber piece since you can still see the grooves. The process of approval and price was pretty seamless compared to most dealers. Overall I would recommend Grapevine Dodge, just make sure to ask all the little question before you sign the dotted line. PS, There is a lot of spider webs up high in the windows of the new car show room.

Very good service experience

This was a follow-up service from someone crashing the front right side - fixing things Service King totally missed. Grapevine Chrysler Dodge Jeep did an excellent job of this. At the same time, they worked three recalls. One recall included getting new key fobs. Excellent, it seems.
