Dealership was very friendly. They went out of there way to get me approved and made it easy. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

Met with Baron on my first visit. He was friendly and helpful showing us vehicles. I called later that day to set up an appointment for the next day but he stated he would be off and would set me up with Derrick. Met with Derrick and he was also very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable He helped us select a vehicle that suited our needs and completed the deal. I would definitely return to Dennis Sneed for future needs.

I found a car that I was interested in online and called Sneed Ford. The salesman, Rich Sousa, answered and made sure the vehicle was there and as described because we live about a five hour drive from them. I set up a time to meet the next day and when my wife and I arrived, Rich proceeded to show us the car and similar ones. After taking a few on test drives, we actually found another car that we liked better. The whole process was pleasant and Rich was very helpful. I will certainly use Sneed Ford and Rich for my next vehicle. Could not have expected any better.

I walked in on May 4th to buy a car and had no idea on where to start. At that point, Derrick Nolker came to the rescue and walked me through at least 6 different cars until I found the one I loved and fit right. I had been to many dealerships before this one and I always walked out due to the sales person being too pushy and only thinking about how much he could make off of a sale. This is not like any other dealership and Derrick is not like any other sales consultant. They gave me an excellent value for my trade-in and helped me with figuring out the best price. It was worth the hour drive to the location!

We visited on April 29th, expecting them to not be busy at all since it was raining figuring that we would get good customer service, we got great customer service even tho they were super busy! The car I went to look at was already sold but the sales person searched their inventory to find something similar to what I was looking for in my price range even tho he was extremely busy, he found me a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and was better than the one i originally wanted, there were some issues with the car starting as it has set for a while, but they charged the battery over the weekend for me to make sure it was going to start and we wouldn't have any issues with it. My husband picked the car up on Monday after work and I drove it to work on Tuesday, Wednesday the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead, we had to buy a new battery costing us 135.00! even with that I couldn't have asked for better service, the sales team was wonderful and a pleasure to work with! even with the battery being an issue we will more than likely recommend to our friends and family and will even return for repeat business.

Got a good price for my car..... came late the first day so nothing got done and everything was rushed..... that was my fault..... second day drove another 2 1/2 hours and got there to finish the paper work and everyone except my sales person went to lunch as I sat there waiting for them to finish before I could do 10 minutes of signing papers....... not bad but annoying after driving so far

Baron helped me to find a great low mileage car and was great to work with! He kept in communication with me on this car and was great to work with me and get me exactly what I wanted.
