I purchased a Taurus from Fafama a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Fafama is the type of dealership that all dealerships should model their business practices after. They genuinely care and they back up their sale 100%. They do not sell junk, but if the vehicle you purchase has a problem. you can count on their service department to make things right. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and am so glad I found them. Nice people, great prices and they treat you with respect. I felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process, they let their vehicles do all the talking.

I purchased a car the end of February. I did not anticipate so many repairs that had to be done after I bought the car. Fafama repaired what needed to be fixed, but needless to say I was frustrated and inconvenienced. After the warranty was up, I had an alternator break down and my a/c unit was plugged, I did not feel like I should have to pay considering I had to return many times to get the car correct. Bruno and I had words and he repaired my car as I had asked and was happy with the outcome. I would recommend the dealership, and the service department was fantastic.
