Bought a beautiful low miles Mercedes Benz from Eddie at 1st Choice. I am very happy with the car and the sale was smooth and easy. Ask Eddie about the best cars on the lot and I think he will point you in the right direction.

Prices
Owner stated that car recently passed inspection however from initial look the tires were completely bald and cracked on the sides. There were barely any brakes left and the rotors are rusted. The car will definitely need other repairs as well after purchase if it passes inspection. Power mirrors are not included either as it is missing the button. The listing price is 9,994 but the car is nowhere near that price on average.

Honest, courteous
Was looking for a conversation van. Found 1 on the lot. Needed A/C repair. Said they would fix it. Put down a miniscule amount to hold. In the meantime numerous offers came. Some offering more than asking price. Not dealer hype! This was Friday. Repair completed Wednesday. I'm a 😊 owner of a conversation van.

Dealership does not accept financing for a used ca
I just came in this afternoon March 29. 2021 and was shopping for a used car. They do not accept financing. I was so disappointed by their demeanor. Steve does not know how to talk to customers. People in their place of work should know how to engage in a conversation with would be customers. I am now enlightened by the fact that this dealership is not really A1 for me.

Great Team, Great Car, Great Experience
Purchased a vehicle from the team. Steve and Ed were fantastic. Process was very smooth. All the team members were respectful and honest. Couldn’t have asked for more. Note, they only do cash transactions (they do not finance).

overpriced, quality is suspect
very disappointed, hard sales tactics but they don't even know anything about the car that their trying to sell, the only thing the guy was interested in was getting me to sign on the dotted lines. i noticed every car is POLISHED and they shine like a diamond, i mean it's incredible but after reading the reviews online i was glad i didn't make the purchase right away, their more interested in making sure polishing the xxxx out of the cars then customer service.

Bate and switch.
I was searching for a Saab 97x in the Virginia area and found one online at this dealership. It was the right price and the truck looked incredible in the photos. I spent two weeks trying to contact the dealership and communication was very sporadic from them. Finally I decided to fly down to the area from Buffalo and upon walking into the dealership I was amazingly disappointed. The Saab they had was NOT the same as the photos. This thing was beat to ever loving sh*t. It looked like someone took it on a joy ride through Afgjanastan. Dents in every panel and God knows how many scratches. The lower mirrors didn't even move and neither did the sunroof. What a complete and total waste of my time. Time I could have spent looking at other vehicles or doing something more productive like sleeping.

All about the Money
These guys are all about their bottom line and not the customers. Their knowledge of vehicles is very poor. If someone knows a lot more about a car on your lot than you do not try your sales jargon. Instead cut your losses and sell the car. You can shine penny up to look impeccable, but is still worth 1 cent when you try to spend it.

Do NOT take responsibility and blames customre
The dealership doesn't practice customer service. They say they guarantee state inspections which mine did not pass. So then I had to call the dealership to get the thing fixed so that it would. Then drive an hour there and an hour back to drop of the car for them to fix it. When picking it up the next day I asked if the alignment was done because they had replaced the rack and pinion they said "yes of course". When I picked it up it was not done so I failed again. I told them I would just pay for it and to reimburse me because I didn't want to spend 2 hours driving again during rush hour. I had to bug them about reimbursing me. Then when I got the car back I started to notice a noise and rattling from the front of my car when I would go over 60 mph. I took it in to my local shop and they said whoever's worked on the car last did not put the shield on correctly. So I contacted the dealership for a week and no one responded. Then finally they said they're tired of breaking their backs trying to help me.

Buying a used car at 1st Choice Auto
I had a very good experience purchasing a car with 1st Choice Auto. The staff was very helpful and communicated well during the process. I was unable to pick up the car right away, so staff members were willing to keep the car for me at the dealership until I could get there several weeks later. As always, do your homework. 1st Choice provides quality vehicles and they do their best to look them over before they sell them, but nobody is perfect. It’s possible to miss something. I recommend an inspection when buying any car. If you neglect to do your homework, and something shows up later, you can only blame yourself. I bought my car a couple of months ago and it is running great.
