Terrible experience with frauds
They were easy to work with for purchasing & took off several thousand from their online listing. However, after the car was purchased all the little things that they promised to do afterward fell through & I have to repeatedly ask for help setting up my blue link with Hyundai and when they did ask all they did was tell me to contact Hyundai corporate. They are LIARS and FRAUDS - After contacting corporate Hyundai and working with them to set up the BlueLink system they informed me that it was NOT part of my vehicle! Additionally, after waiting over THREE weeks to receive my title in the mail I contacted them asking where it is MULTIPLE times. After waiting a day they got back to me saying it would be sent to me. After waiting nearly a month to receive my title in the mail, and almost a week after the said it would arrive, they wrote a lien on when there should not have been. Now I am to wait again to get the proper paper work to register my car - over a month after the purchase!

Great car buying experience!
My salesperson was Carl Carter, he was a pleasure to work with. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, he found me the perfect little Sonata. He was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Even the buying process was easy. I am very happy with my experience!

Crowded lot. Poor customer experience
Lot seems over crowded with minimal parking for shoppers. Sales staff is slow to meet and greet. Pretty much have to beg them to sell you a car Dropped by on a Monday to browse the lot. Walked around for 15 minutes...Never greeted by sales staff. Left and came back on Saturday. Had to asked for help in the showroom. They were a few shoppers but not super busy. They sent a sales guy over from the Hyundai lot next door. Not sure if he knew much about VWs or not? I had a specific car I wanted to drive, but they couldn't find the keys. They found another car "just like it". I drove it and put it on my short list. Decided against it because although it checked most boxes.. It did not have remote start. Sales guy introduced me to the sales manager who tried to upsell into a 2020. I followed up in a couple days to see if they had found the key to the VW I wanted and could they add remote start to it? This is a $515 option listed on their VW site. I was told prices ranging from $495 if I took it to the local window tinting place. When I said I wanted the VW option, they said it would be over $800 ...Later they came back at $600. Sales guy also tried to farm out the trailer hitch lights vs. Using a VW light controller. I e-mailed the sales manager but never heard back.

Dont buy chevy suburban 2017 VIN 1GNSCHKC0HR246633
chevy suburban 2017 VIN 1GNSCHKC0HR246633 Don't buy from this dealership, unless if they fix it. and you do pre-purchase inspection at chevy dealership. I made my deal through the phone and emails Thursday 02/06/2020. After i checked the carfax and autocheck (both are good). I decide to drive 9 hours from Tennessee to Missouri, with their knowledge. Because i did not find any flight arrive to Kansas City before 3:40 pm Friday or Saturday. I arrived Saturday 11:00 am, I checked the car carefully, the car from inside and outside clean with many features. Normally, the engine for this SUV when it is cold and you start it you will hear some noise and knocking for short time until the oil goes to pistons. Therefore, I check the temperature before i start it, it was warm, the time i start the car i heard knocking coming from the driver side, i was not sure about the knocking location and the cause of it, it was not that strong or bad, but you can hear a unique sound coming from the driver side only, it was easy to hear it from inside and outside the car. They called one their mechanic, he claimed: he did not hear anything stranger. Shortest test-drive ever. I drove the car, it took me 30 seconds to decide going back with total driving time maximum 2 minutes (to do the U-turn) with maximum speed 25 or 30 mph. Just trying to accelerate from 0 mph i felt the car is shaking and i felt it

Sorry that we dropped the ball. The Chevy was sold the next day to an out of state buyer, he is quite please with the purchase. We did not find anything wrong with it after it was ran threw the shop.
Great Purchase experience
I worked with Adam Quint on the purchase of my vehicle. I was purchasing a car for the first time in 20 years. The process was great. Adam was very patient with me in making sure I understood everything from the vehicle to the finance piece. I would buy a vehicle from Northtowne Hyundai through Adam at any point. He is very honest and helpful.

TRADE IN VALUE
I came in to purchase a 2020 Palisade with the intent to trade in my 2011 Audi 8L that has 110K miles. My vehicle is a one owner in pristine condition, with all the options available and has all service done by Molle Audi. It had recent brakes and new tires, along with records of every service or maintenance done on the vehicle. The vehicle original list price was $99,485.00 (yes almost $100K this not a typo) and they had the audacity to offe rme $7,000.00 on a tradein!! The NADA rough trade-in was $9,750 and clean trad-in of $13,295. A $7K offer for a car worth twice that is like being robbed. So I decided to called in to discuss this ridculous offer with the Manager who's name was Russ and all he wanted to do is tell me how to sell my car to CARMAX and then buy what i want. xxxx he would not even ackowledge the offer was ridicoulous. When you go to Northtown Hyandia plan on being robbed by the salesmen and management. Northtown Hyundia did not even wear a mask when they attempted to rob me!! What a JOKE! BTW Josh and Matt were friendly and i have no problem with them. In fact Matt was great! Don Hensley

Sales ok, Mechanics garbage.
Purchased two cars from them with no hassle years ago. However EVERY TIME I took my Sonata in, it always came back wrong or broken. Two examples: I had to have the headliner replaced under warranty-cool np. However, they didn't mount the side airbag panel correctly and to this day there's a gap. I'm too afraid to try and fix it myself. I was in a wreck and the cops couldn't believe that the airbag didn't go off, until I showed them. Took it in for a seatbelt warranty fix. Got the car back and the panel over the seatbelt was cracked. Showed Bobby before I left the lot, and was told they didn't work on the seatbelt...Um what!? They said I somehow broke it...What?? HOW??? I ended up replacing the panel myself with a $6 salvage part and about 30 minutes of my time. They lost my business over $6 and calling me a liar. I don't even have time to get into what their body shop did during the aforementioned wreck.

Happy with 2019 Sonata purchase
I'm a big fan of Northtowne Hyundai's service department who has been nothing but expert at keeping my 2011 Sonata running like a new car. After looking at the price and features of a 2019 Sonata, I worked with Adam Quint to formulate a sales package that met all of my needs. I hate to see the 2011 go, but the 2019 is more than a worthy replacement. I'm looking forward to a near decade's worth of trouble free service from this car.
