If I could give this review a 0 stars I would. Unbelievably incompetent management that does throws prices out for no reason and does not follow up with their word. Waste my time for 2 days.

Great sales people that were attentive and on top of

Great sales people that were attentive and on top of everything. Went to multiple dealerships and can say without a doubt that Gerald was the best of them all. He was knowledgable and helped me through test driving and made the process of dealing with insurance and financing as painless as possible. 10/10

The staff , including Gerald, our salesperson was very

The staff , including Gerald, our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable.They were eager to answer questions that we had regarding some of the unfamiliar devices in our new car. There was a follow up call after our purchase from an employee of Bayridge Subaru, asking us if there was anything that they could do to make us more comfortable without purchase. They have a caring staff that is very much appreciated. The general manager was very helpful during our conversations with Gerald.

Love Them.

Update 2: I went in for an engine light problem. Marc & Andrew went above and beyond. Everything is fixed in 1 day. I really appreciate all of their help. They were very attentive and courteous. Update 1: I spoke to Andrew, he was kind enough to listen and address my issue. I have another appointment on Thursday for another issue and hopefully I will get an answer. I'm not giving anyone a difficult time or asking for magic here. I just want to know what's wrong with my vehicle and how to resolve the issue. Although Andrew wasn't so pleased about the review, I am just sharing my honest experience and stated I did not address it with them first. I did in 2022 (twice) and just not gotten any answers. Hopefully now that the manager is involved I will get an answer regardless whether it's the battery or something else that cause stalling. I really want to build a great relationship with them because they were great to work when I first walked in 2019. I lease my vehicle from them. This is my 3rd Subaru. There are several things wrong with my Subaru. My auto start stop and AVH also stalls my vehicle at times. 2 times on the highway, and 3 times on local streets. I brought it in and they say it's my dash cam taking too much power. PS: family have 3 of the same brand and model of dash cash not causing any problems.

Love Them.
