Dead Beat
2006 Highlander: Although I appreciate Rob's decision to stay late to try to sell me a hunk of junk, I especially liked that he had the car started when I arrived. More specifically, he had to jump it just to get started. I can hardly fault him for the misc toys left in the vehicle from the previous owner (4 months ago). He tried to get me to test drive a vehicle with no gas (literally on E) and when I turned the car off to go tell him that I'm not even going to make it down the street, he told me "oh, you still have plenty left in there." So, I told him I did not want to drive it, and it wouldn't start back up anyway, as which point he offered to jump it again for me (such a gentleman). Also, I feel like the overall condition of the vehicle was misrepresented in the ad, I was very disappointed. I would not buy this vehicle from him, nor any other vehicle on the lot. I do not recommend this dealership. Also, they have 2 locations, Lakewood and Tacoma, although this highlander was at the Lakew location, I wouldn't trust the other dealership either.

Very helpful, friendly, patient and fair prices.
Robert was very helpful, friendly, patient as I looked very detailed at a few of his cars. Very laid back and not pushy.

Vista Auto Sales is awesome!
First hubby and I drove to the Vista car lot at 11102 Pac Hwy SW as the ad here on cars.com said this was where the vehicle we were interested in looking at was parked. The sales rep there Kevin kindly informed us that this car was at the other store just up Pac Hwy but he showed us a few vehicles on that site in our mileage and price range before we left. Once at the location on South Tacoma Way Jeb was our salesman. We were never pressured and he was informative. In the end after driving the car we came to look at we decided a second car on the lot might be more what we wanted. About an hour later we were signing papers on our new 08 Hyundai. The only snafu at all was that I was not able to just pull up our insurance info on the app as I was told I could (lol!) The stress was on me, though, but Jeb was even helpful in handling that. He even printed out copies of our proof of insurance for us right there once we got that figured out! All in all it was a super shopping experience. I highly recommend Vista (and Jeb!)

2012 Ford Fusion
My partner and I came to Auto Vista Sales with the intention of looking at a 2012 Ford Fusion. Jeb was very upfront with details about the car, and the accident it had been in and repairs it had required. The sale never felt pushy, he was very helpful with all our questions and we ended up leaving with the car which we loved very much. Unfortunately we lost it 5 months later due to hitting a deer on the freeway, but I've been monitoring their selection and would happily return here to get a new car once we've decided what we want to do.

Wishy Washy
We were looking for a decent used car for our family and I found a Dodge Journey worth looking at here. Jeb was very quick to respond and get an application in process. We drove about an hour to see this car and had a mechanic take a look during our test drive time. The mechanic pointed out a few red flags and said unless they dropped the price it wasn't worth it because we would need to drop $2-3k right off the bat. We talked to Jeb about wiggle room in the down payment or loan total and he wouldn't budge....or rather he said he couldn't. We passed on that car and the next day found a different car at this same lot that we were interested. Jeb flat out said he didn't like the new car and offered to drop the down payment on the first car we found. We immediately lost trust in him and his company, where was the wiggle room the day before? Why on Earth would you even be selling a car you don't like/trust? Terrible. We found a great Dodge Journey elsewhere with excellent customer service, a better price with way lower interest rate, and I'm so glad we didn't buy from Vista!

Sad to say
I was trying to purchase a car but the dealer named Kevin didn't even try to do anything to get me a loan very bad costumer service telling me that I couldn't get approval of any bank or credit union yes my credit isn't that great I'm just above average but if you really want to sell a car at least try to talk to a credit union to get me a car.

Dealer Never Contacted Me
I requested information about 2 vans. I submitted my contact information but the car dealers and sales agents never bothered to call me or email. Not reliable.

Best buying experience
I had limited time to replace a broken down car last weekend. I spent hours on Sunday haggling and hassling with another dealership (Larson Auto) on a vehicle they suggested to me after they knew my price point. Their best offer was $3k over the limit I'd given them and a full $1k over Blue Book. They were pushy, aggressive, and trying to manipulative, but just weren't any good at it. I went to Vista on Monday, and left with a great vehicle $1,500 under Blue Book with zero hassle. I told him I didn't have the time to haggle, but that I'd buy the vehicle if he could get it under my price limit after licensing and tax. He came back and said, "I'm sorry, the best I can do is $150 over your limit. Are you interested at all, or would you like to see something else?" NO pressure. It was an unbelievably positive experience. I'd recommend them to anybody. A real breath of fresh air.
