Ben Mynatt Pre-Owned

I purchased a Pre-Owned Ford Ranger from Gordon Robar and Tommy Pearson and was very pleased with their professionalism. The truck was inspected, the interior was spotless and the previous owner had taken excellent care of it (I recently had someone approach me to see if it was for sale) the sales process was fairly fast (although I did pay cash) they DID work with me on the asking price. I checked Kelly Blue Book just to see the average prices, they showed me the car fax, I know they need to make so much on it, I gave them 1 offer (reasonable) and they accepted it. Quick and easy...very satisfied !!!

Got me the best interest rate, The best trade in value, The best warranty, My monthly payment just where I wanted it to be. Would I purchased another vehicle from them? YES!!! I was about to give up on getting the deal I wanted but they kept fighting for me until they got what I wanted! Great Team to work with. They told lie after lie because of my mother being retired and why she couldn’t purchase a car with a credit score of 812. Ridiculous will NEVER go back there!!!

Buying experience was okay, but now that this location changed hands- it's awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone going. We've had nothing but issues and they are unwilling to help in the slightest. Once you drive away, you are on your own regardless of the difficulties. Far too many pre-owned dealerships around Charlotte and Concord to deal with poor service. Once they have their money they're done with you.
