Seller never returned inquiry for contact. Four days and no response at all. I guess Primera Auto either doesn't have the organization or the skill to leverage a service like cars.com.

Buyer beware. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer which they guaranteed would pass emissions. The check engine lights came on along with many others on the dash and I scheduled the vehicle in for service. A ASE Master Technician diagnosed an issue with the CAT’s. Although the dealers GM initially said they would cover parts for me (leaving me to pay labor) he quickly changed his tune when it was confirmed the CAT’s needed replacement. They are now stocking me with the $2500 repair. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. There are an additional $4000 in repairs needed that they did not catch in their 99 point inspection.

Just an amazing experience at Primera Auto. Eric was super nice and got us into a car that fit us perfectly! The paperwork was simple. I felt no pressure to get into a car I didn’t want, not like another car dealership I dealt with earlier. I would definitely recommend Primera Auto to family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to look for another vehicle here in the future.

I had been to several dealers and none were able to get us a deal we felt comfortable with for a car we liked. But here at Primera Auto it was different. We found a car we wanted and unfortunately it was sold to another person. But George worked with us for days until he was able to get us into something we liked and felt comfortable in and was at a price that felt right. Thanks George for helping us find a vehicle. I have purchased 8 vehicles and 4 motorcycles and have never had an experience quite like this. While George was easy to work with and friendly I bought a vehicle with 5 major issues in the 10 days I owned it. I may be the exception but from what I saw and went thru I would advise any buyers to beware of the quality of vehicles on this lot.
