Worst Jeep dealership I have ever encountered.

Worst Jeep dealership I have ever encountered. Went to pick up a oil crush washer for my son's Jeep and told them the year and model and the counter person said, without the engine type or vin #, they could not help me. I asked him to look up the year and model to see if the crush washer may be same or different for the engines for that model year. He said, it is not negotiable, I need the engine type or vin #. Very poor service.

This is the worst dealership!

This is the worst dealership! Looked at a Kia for 1,6999 and was going to buy till they added 1,600 in extra fees not included you're typical taxes etc. They try to say the tinted windows are 800. xxx! The sticker price should be that. Wouldn't go down at all. So they lost a customer and I'm telling everyone I know they are crooks.

DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM WESTGATE CDJR.

DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM WESTGATE CDJR. I ALWAYS PURCHASE MY WARRANTIES SEPARATELY AND I ASKED FOR A SEPARATE BILL OF SALE HOWEVER I WAS TOLD BY ABDUL THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. I CALLED TODAY TO HAVE MY WARRANTIES CANCELED AND NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL. SINCE I WAS ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN I DECIDED TO STOP BY AND COMPLETE IT IN PERSON TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE MONEY WOULD GO TO THE BANK THAT FINANCED MY LOAN. I'VE BOUGHT SEVERAL VEHICLES AND WARRANTIES AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I EVER BEEN TOLD THIS. I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND REFERRED PEOPLE BUT NEVER AGAIN! THE SO CALLED MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I KNOW HOW CANCELLATIONS WORK. I SURE DO AND WATCH HOW I WORK. WISH I COULD REMEMBER THE MANAGERS NAME BUT THEY WILL REMEMNER MINE! OH I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE RECEIVED AFTER I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE AS WELL!

I’m not one to post reviews but this definitely justifies

I’m not one to post reviews but this definitely justifies buyer awareness. I would STRONGLY advise looking elsewhere before purchasing a vehicle from Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge or any affiliated dealerships! After searching several weeks and visiting multiple dealers, we finally found my daughter’s dream car. We purchased the car and we also purchased the optional bumper to bumper warranty. I was very clear that we would not purchase this car unless it was covered by warranty bumper to bumper…no exceptions! The finance manager assured us the extended warranty we purchased was bumper to bumper and it would cover any major repairs, towing, car rental etc…We moved forward with the purchase because we thought Westgate was an honest, reputable dealership and could be trusted…NOT THE CASE!! For the second time in less than four months since we purchased this car, my daughter has been stranded on the side of a highway, with a broken down car. Now, the car is currently at the Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge Raleigh dealership where we purchased from, in need of a $5000 dollar major “dangerous steering” repair. That will also take 6-10 weeks…I was just told by the sales manager Travis Johnson, that my daughters car was NOT covered by the bumper to bumper, wonderful and reassuring warranty we were scammed into purchasing. Instead, Travis was not concerned, was not apologetic and began to justify selling us a lemon, no options, no ownership, told me to call my attorney is the best route at this point and so on…I think you get the message here?! RUN.. RUN.. RUN, Please “DO NOT” trust Westgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Raleigh NC and look elsewhere before buying a vehicle!!!! This is a horrible situation….Taking advantage of honest, hard working families is an absolute disgrace!! Now I’m off to WRAL on your side, Local News, social media awareness and fight this out in court with my attorney.

Salesman was good, but beware of the finance department.

Salesman was good, but beware of the finance department. They were dishonest about the amount financed (beyond what we agreed to with the salesman), and directly lied to us about the GAP insurance.

If I could give them negative stars I would.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They sold me a 2017 Ford F150 on Sunday. They first tried to get me to pay for $799 on a Lojack system and "window Tinting". This price was not advertised and was above and beyond their advertised price. I am considering a complaint to DMV license and theft on that issue, but wait to gets worse. I told them no, and was going to walk until they agreed to not charge me for it (BTW, dealer cost on that unit is $80 and there was no tint applied to the truck). We drove the truck 25 miles home with no issues. On Monday we drove the truck and noticed an issue with it shifting from the 3 to 4 gears. A bad, Bad issue. I took the F 150 to my local Ford dealer for diagnostics. Come to find out that the transmission was 4 quarts low on fluid (its a sealed system so you can't check it) and the fluid was burnt. Ford tried to refill the fluid and change the filter, but the damage was done. Now, I am forced to pay another $8000 for a reman transmission. It seems like checking and flushing the transmission is the least that a large dealer could do before putting a vehicle up for sale. But, nope, they didn't bother. My local Ford dealership was appalled that they did this. My advice? Stay FAR FAR away from Westgate. It's not worth the risk. Shame on you Westgate. I hope you sleep well at night knowing what you are doing. The idiotic Lojack (which doesn't benefit anyone but you in reality) and the lie about window tint is bad enough, but to not even check a major component in a vehicle that you put up for sale and risk your reputation is absolutely unforgivable.

Wow can’t begin to discuss how much then suck.

Wow can’t begin to discuss how much then suck. Told me 3 different stories in 7 days. They lie and have no understanding of truth. It is such a shame And still waiting on an update vs… the last 3 that were totally different. I went in for a front right wheel barring repair. Last comment they gave me was they had not diagnosed the issue. That’s after I received a quote to fix and a time line What a xxxx show and a manager will not call me 🤔 I just need the repair I asked for
