Te manager lacks communication and lies

Kirk the manager is full of lies, unprofessional, lacks proper communication skills and is very very rude and digusting. I am so glad I did not go with them.

Im a customer

Service was terrible. I was told my appt wait would be 1hr to 46mins, after waiting that long, the service desk, comes and tells me, that my car hadnt even been started on. That should have been explained to me several hrs ago.

Great service

Great customer service, David is extremely friendly and professional, he makes me feel confident that my car is in good hands. Also, the quality of the auto service is always good. They never charge more than initially said, and I never have to wait more than necessary.

Best place to buy all of your future cars

It starts with the staff. My wife loves Gill the manager and Nick from the service department. Both of them go above and beyond and make us feel like family when we go to the Hyundai of Riverside.

Auto sales and service

David Ruiz...simply the best. He exceeds expectations with every visit. Laveda is the sweetest. Jim keeps his crew running on all "10's". Clem makes one feel like one is not even buying a car. This place is family. Choosing any other place to purchase or service a vehicle is settling for second best.

They figured out the problem quickly, fixed it fast and service manager was GREAT! It is nice to have a place I can trust.
